It's clean, the service is good, and there's a gym. The lake view room is particularly nice. You can even cook your own meals in the room. The sunset in the lake view room is very beautiful, and you can take many beautiful photos at sunset.

The guest room is modern, spacious and very clean. Staff very attentive and friendly. Some staff need to improve English e.g. at Spa but they are still very helpful despite of language. The view from the window is the mountain view and it's very beautiful, similar like the mountain picture on the head board. The hotel has Executive lounge at the roof top with very nice city view to be enjoyed at night.

This hotel is perfect if you have a few hours to kill before a connecting flight. The hotel collected me at the airport and drove the short journey to the hotel without any fuss. The room was clean and had a tv, air conditioner and ensuite bathroom and a very comfortable bed. They have a few items on the hotel dining menu I ordered some rice with chicken and it was presented well and tasted delicious. I had a really good rest before my early morning flight to Delhi and then the hotel were ready to drive me back to the airport. It was absolutely perfect. You can literally see the hotel from the hotel without any of the noise. The experience was so good, I will always use this place for flights with a stop in Hanoi. Its more than you can expect from a budget hotel and the staff were extra friendly.

The hotel is okay, the agent booked it. There is nothing to eat around, mainly because I can't speak Vietnamese and can't order. Fortunately, the front desk can order food for you, but the cost is slightly higher. Still very clean and hygienic. There is a massage service on the ba*****t floor of another building in the hotel. The regular version is very professional and there is no special service. It is absolutely good for business travel personnel.

Our group have 20 people with differenf nationality. Welcoming was a bit hassle. We have to wait about 40 minutes to get all room even though we arrive hotel around 2pm. Neutral breakfast but over crowded. It was a bit colder than I expect. Hotel locate in the hill that have overview to Tam Dao which is very beautiful. Many restaurants near by - highly recommend fish hot pot. Walking distance to famous Cathedral Cleanliness is acceptable, old fashion room

A very satisfied experience in Vinh Yen. I stayed there 02 times but the receptionist still remembered me and then gave me a nice offer as a long-term custom. A new hotel with clean and wide room which was full of sunlight from the big window all day. It's also suitable for working with big table and comfortable chair. Free breakfast but the quality was beyond my expectation, not too many dishes but the quality of them were good, especially the salad, it was fresh and the sauce for salad was very tasty. The staff here were vey nice, I could not find a knife to cut my fruits so I called the receptionist and they did it and brought back to me room very quickly. And please note, this is not an advertisement comments, just having a very good impression in this hotel and would like to share for you all as a good reference for your choice :))))
