I want to cancel my reservation. Because a friend couldn't stay because he was sick. But the hotel refused to cancel and would just keep the money. which did not see the necessity that occurred While the hotel can cancel but they don't. Very bad experience, citing policy, claiming the owner refused. Claims that salary will be deducted in order to collect money from customers Which is really unacceptable.
