Amazing experience and we felt like home. Great services provided by the hotel (pool, gym, underground parking) and amenities, very professional and friendly staff. We stayed for 2 nights and it was a perfect place, I highly recommend visiting it.

Burj on bay by far is the best wedding venue. After receiving feedbacks from all our guests asking us about the venue and telling us how everything was executed to perfection from a to z, i would gladly recommend it to every single person i know. Service, cleanliness, food ..etc Everything was amazing! ‘Elise’ planner in the venue, she’s super responsive, attentive to details and patient. On a personal level she's very sweet and lovely person, so after the wedding you'll be gaining a friend. We literally had the best experience ever with you guys! Thank you❤️ Peintya & Gilbert

We had an amazing training day at Burj on Bay Hotel. The hotel itself is fantastic, beautifully designed with great facilities that made the day comfortable and productive. The coffee break was a real treat, with delicious snacks and drinks that kept us going. We want to give a special shoutout to Elise Doumit. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect, and we didn’t have to worry about a thing. Her attention to detail really made a difference. The hotel staff were also incredibly professional, ensuring that everything ran smoothly from start to finish. Overall, it was a wonderful experience, and we couldn’t have asked for a better place to hold our training.

Everything was amazing, the room, the amenities, the view, the BBQ, the rooftop and the staff is extremely helpful. But some of the table on the BBQ night needs adjusting because of the smell of chlorine from the pool. The bartender on the pool is super friendly and helpful as well as the front desk employees and the restaurant too.

We really enjoyed our stay at Burj on Bay, We have rented the venue for bridal ceremony, the waiters were very nice and friendly. As for the suite, it has a very nice view on jounieh bay and fully equipped with the necessary kit. Thank you for the good service!

We send you a massive thank you for giving us the wedding of our dreams! Elise was the best event planner one could ask for. Since we live abroad, from the moment we texted her, she was simply amazing!! Her prompt response to our questions, the follow up she made, we cannot express how professional she was from the very beginning and till after the wedding. Hats down to the chefs for the exquisite rich and tasteful menu. Our invités loved the food and desserts. From lebanese mezze with a twist to the grillade platter, I am drooling while writing this. Halewet l jeben is to die for. A big thank you to the hotel management, the chefs and Elise one more time.

Making an appointment was very easy and the presentation was fascinating, Elise was very kind, respectful, and organized. She helped with everything that we asked her to help with. The food was astonishing, there were a variety of different foods and the quantity was perfect. Finally, the service was amazing and magnificent and the workers were very quick and kind with everything and made the atmosphere soothing.

The perfect room in the perfect location. The stay was amazing, and the staff was very professional. The hotel is vert easy to access, and would recommend for both short or long stays. The food was delicious, too bad our stay was too short to try the whole menu.
