服務態度，早餐廳經理熱情禮貌，客房大姐主動提供幫助，是否需要打掃，配備拖鞋、飲用水。
設備設施，對於18年開業的酒店，房間很整潔無異味，床品舒適，隔音良好，設施齊全，健身房很寬敞。
地理位置，交通便利，出門左轉都是飯店，電車充電很方便，樓層觀景視野佳，過道有一條河，空氣真的超級好。
餐廳早餐，住了兩天，每天都不重複，菜品味道不錯，食材也很新鮮，出行還是習慣選擇希爾頓歡朋，畢竟品質統一。

1 晚上睡覺，房間裏面小冰箱下面有一個燈一直是關不掉的，打電話給前台問怎麼關，前台説衹能拔電卡才能把所有電源關掉，要不這個燈關不了。2今天是星期日，早上6:30開始樓下施工，一直砰砰砰的聲音，我想知道為什麼入住的時候前台不告知。其他的小問題我覺得無足輕重，三百多一晚的房間，隔音和早餐都很對得起這個價格，比如晚上我不知道是樓下還是樓下還是隔壁一直在敲什麼東西，早餐的橙汁也是沖的而且很淡。主要差評的原因是湯姆的星期天早上六點半開始施工誰受得了，辦理入住的時候為什麼不告知？無法接受

酒店位置很好！正對公園，但設施太老舊了，尤其是衞生，太差了，好像是前一位客人在裏面做飯，到處是油煙薰過的枱麪，必須用酒精濕巾好好攃，攃過五個黑手印，就是普通酒店這樣的情況都很少見，但服務很好！早餐很豐富！口感也好，還是不乾淨。

1: 入住體驗還是很一般的，進房間後，電視下面的懸空櫃表面全是灰，還有一個棉棒，打掃衞生的人沒收拾乾淨。
2: 電梯裏遇到一位年長的穿着拖鞋的工作人員，氣勢強到我以為要罵我，結果上下打量我然後轉身去了3樓，我對於她的行為好無語啊，我沒有來得及看到工牌名字。
3: 我第一次來烏蘭浩特的希爾頓也是最後一次來。

踏入酒店大堂，温暖的香氛與前台微笑同步抵達，辦理入住時前台的熱情服務，瞬間驅散了旅途疲憊。
客房裡，窗外的河畔將城市夜景框成流動的畫，床品柔軟得像陷進雲朵。
次日早餐更是驚喜，開放式廚房能看到廚師現做的溏心蛋，搭配本地特色粥品，胃裡暖融融的。離開時，工作人員特意準備了當地的酸奶讓我品嚐，連細節都浸着暖意，超棒的體驗。

門口停車場無人管理，還寫着丟失自負，就是雜亂隨便停。大廳的服務員很熱情。酒店的設施有點老化。床還是很舒適的。總之無功無過吧。早餐很家常，味道也可以。可能每個地方的歡朋依據城市經濟水平不一樣吧。

臨時定了兩個房間，感謝大堂經理給升級了房型。作為歡朋的常客，還是很信賴希爾頓的品牌管理的。不過有些缺憾的是洗衣房配置不夠齊全，希望後續可以增加。

夜景很好，我們沒做攻略，其實到阿爾山可以在烏蘭浩特機場租車，來這裏住一晚上自駕一路玩過去。
前台小紅小蘭服務很好。房間大，配置好，適合一家出行。

房間WiFi信號超差，打開手機圖片都轉圈圈，兩次反應到酒店前台告知他們使用正常，沒有解決辦法，用手機和電腦分別測網速都僅有11-12M的網速，回到了3G的年代了。
