They have the so-called "Resort Fee" which is 42 dollars during check-out. Totally have no idea where I spent on these fees. Be careful before booking！

Room carpet was stained so bad didn’t even want to walk barefoot, No option for breakfast at all, Bartender from pool bar didn’t even ask what I needed, only plus is they have the shuttle to downtown besides that won’t book again.

Loved this hotel. It had everything we needed. Comfortable and clean.

The hotel room, elevator, and hallways were a ONE Star quality as in everything needed to be gutted out and started over. We were asked if we wanted to pay extra on top of the $395 per night for an “ocean view” room. Well, the rooms share a walkway. You can’t even open the curtains without compromising your privacy. The room was disgustingly dirty. Stains all over the carpet, the corners of the room had dust balls, the bathroom door was broken, the mirror was rusting, the bed looked like it was falling apart, the sheets were placed inside out. Just to name a few! This is a Motel 6 comparable hotel. Choose at your discretion.

Service was fair

So the hotel looks quite formal, but it charges a resort fee of 45 US dollars. The additional charge is 45 US dollars per night. In addition, there are many chickens around the hotel. The big roosters often crow in the middle of the night and disturb rest and sleep. The wind was very strong. When it came out, the sea breeze was blowing, causing the trees to sway.

This hotel is located near Beibu Gulf. Although it is zero distance from the sea, the sea breeze is very strong, blowing the trees all over the place, and I hear the roaring sea breeze every night when I sleep. Moreover, the hotel has few facilities, but it charges an additional resort fee of US$45 per night. Moreover, this hotel has a lot of chickens, and the chickens often crow so loudly in the middle of the night that they can't sleep.

The service attitude of an old man at the front desk was very poor, ruined my day!

The service is average. I called the room service many times to ask for paper and toothpaste but I didn't receive it. I went to the front desk and asked and found out that it was not under the front desk's control. The location is good and the breakfast is delicious.

The property has a lot of potential, but unfortunately the staff was completely uncaring. The desk staff was watching videos on their phone, and could care less about fixing any issues I had. I asked for water bottle because we were very dehydrated when we checked in, and at night they suggested I walk late at night to a Walgreens because they ran out, or purchase a $9 bottle of water from the bar. They just "ran out" of complimentary water bottles and said they ran out days before. I asked to have my room cleaned during the day while I was out, and they told me they would clean it, but they never did. The hotel had trash all throughout the lobby, and the furniture was stained. Our room's bath tub had patches all over, and was filthy. The whole property feels dated.

The rooms were not great. Small, smelled musty and not the cleanest. But the lobby, the pool, the staff were all wonderful. They had computer issues and no room keys so we were escorted to our room. Not ideal but the staff was nice.

Great property for the value. First room smelled of cigarrettes, an elevator was out of order. Some mishaps with front desk back and forth. Over all its a nice property. They do offer shuttle to downtown so that was a big plus.

Don't go in March. Too many oeople no place to sit by the pool and you have to pay to park here. Totally ridiculous!!!!!
