The location and environment of the hotel are okay, but the price-performance ratio is really not high

The location of the hotel and the environmental sanitation are very good

For those who want to visit Old Town of Key West. The Hotel is of an excellent standard. The staff is kind and professional. The rooms are modern and super comfortable. The only note is access to the sea is really inconvenient.

There were gaps in the door that night, air and light in. Light switch in the bathroom did not work properly. I paid the same price is three other couples that went down there and they all got better rooms than I did. Their views were much better.

Wonderful 5 night stay in Key West. Hyatt has a perfect location, comfortable accommodations and gracious staff.

I thought the property was tired. One elevator out of service and the staircase was not clean. Not worth the price that I paid.

For spending a 1,000 a night to have construction being done outside our patio was not fun. You are paying this price for the location. Room was ok, would not say cosmetic perfect for spending this much.

Great resort within walking distance to all the fun activities that Key West has to offer.

Very close to restaurants and attractions. Beaches are pretty much non existant in Key West.Very small if you find one.

The added $55 was totally unacceptable. It should have been lusted in reservation before not at check in. It was a ripoff.

Room was not very clean. Roosters screaming all night that were on property. staff was average.

ALL WAS SUPER WONDERFUL…..GREAT EXPERIENCE FOR MY LADY FRIEND’S FIRST TIME IN KEY WEST….. HOPE TO DO IT AGAIN …..Sacha was super attentive….he was the person at the door and helped with ALL OUR QUESTIONS AND NEEDS…..

It was great! Staff are amazing and always making sure your stay is superb. Walking distance to Duval - Mallory and so many other places. Pet friendly. Would definitely come back again.
