This was a nice surprise. The location was awesome and accessible to everything that I did over the few days. I was there the hammocks the beach, the pool, the paddle boards, kayaks everything made it well worth staying. The staff were friendly.. parking was abundant. And even though it was on route one, it was set off the road and quiet.

Decent for Key Largo. Expect no housekeeping unless you stay 5+ days. Rooms are not soundproof so you'll hear noise. Front desk team was nice even though I had to ask to move rooms. Original room was next to the office and you could hear all the desk conversations. Second room much better and less noise though you still hear doors opening and closing. Good enough for a short stay but if you need absolute quiet to sleep this place is not for you.

Had a wonderful experience. Room was adorable. Staff was so friendly and helpful. We borrowed kayaks, towels, and paddle boards. It was a great hotel and price was awesome.

It's an older but very well kept property. The customer service from the staff was phenomenal. Would gladly book another stay here.

Plumbing backed up, flooding the floor and causing brown material to come up through the shower drain. After sitting in the car for three hours waiting for them to fix it, we noticed that our freshly cleaned room had brown smears on the floor next to the toilet and what appeared to be fecal matter smeared on a towel. No refund or compensation offered by the hotel.

This quaint little property in Key Largo is perfect for anyone to escape from their daily living... Linda, the owner is awesome!
All the staff were nice
Rooms were impeccably clean as well as the grounds. Great pool!, nice doc. Nice Beach
