Th rooms was so good, The hotel was Good, the pool is nice, clean and so friendly people over there, Excelent customer service in the front desk, nice and friendly, very helpul, I recommend this hotel ❤️

Our room was clean. Office was closed when we arrived, but key was left in an envelope with clear instructions where to find our room. Snappers restaurant is right next to hotel. We had a great dinner on their deck next to the water. We arrived late and only stayed one night on the way to Key West so we didn’t use the pool, but the hot tub was great and open all night. Breakfast was fine. My hubby was disappointed with selection but he can be a picky eater. Plenty of options for me.

Very comfortable, but a few minor updates needed. Great quiet place to stay. Beautiful view of the water. The only down side is that the mattress was on the shallow side and not super firm and my sink faucet was running slow but the shower and toilet ran normal. The best part of this place is the housekeeping cleaned every day.

Stuck The first day I got to stick in the bathroom for almost an hour. I had to use my twizzers to open the door. I was almost a 30min late to a bridal reception. When I called the after hours number the receptionist was so condescending, I wasn’t looking a free anything. Maybe if the words we will get someone to check the door that would have been enough. She made me feel worst than what I was already feeling.

The pictures online looked way better than what we saw when we got there. The air smelled bad because of the moss floating in the water, which was being pushed over by fans at the bar on the other side of the inlet. Only a few spots of clear water were visible at times. I had a problem where we’d come back at night to find that the cleaning lady hadn’t cleaned my room and left the towels from the previous day. If we got back in time, I could go get fresh towels, but if not, we had to use what we had. It wasn’t a big deal for me, but it might have been for others. One day, I put all my towels and trash outside my room to see if that would get them to clean the room. And it worked! So I kept doing it for a couple of days. On the second-to-last day of my vacation, I got back from being out all day and found two big bags of my room towels and trash left at my door. But the beds were made. So I went to ask for replacements and to let them know about the bags. The lady at the front desk apologized and said she’d do something about it. I told her it didn’t bother me, but I just wanted to let her know and get what I needed. My last day on vacation I was out shopping with my family, enjoying the day. While I was in a store, I got a phone call from the hotel manager. To pretty much argue with me and to tell me I’m a lier. I will never return to that resort. It could be much better like what’s in the pictures they post.
