Very attentive and kind staff, excellent food and drinks, clean and comfortable bungalows, and of course, expensive. This is a special place to spend an anniversary. We had a waterfront bungalow on the very end of the resort. Secluded feeling, lovely view, and easy access to the hammocks/chairs for lounging on the man-made beach. Sunsets were great. I recommend keeping shoes off while in your bungalow to keep the little sand/gravel pieces outside. Definitely make reservations at Bogie&Bacall’s, even if you aren’t staying 4 or more nights. Worth every penny. Very memorable stay!

The overall ambiance and service of Bungalows is unsurpassed! You’re treated as if you’re the only guest(s) on the property. Once you pull up, your every need is anticipated and met. Check-in was seamless and stress free. The tiki punch offered at the associates desks doesn’t hurt either!! When the staff opens the gates to take you on a tour and to your bungalow, it’s like you’re in a different world. The entire property was spotless and immaculately maintained. Neither my husband nor I have ever felt such soft, luxurious bathrobes! The bathroom was spacious with a wonderful, relaxing shower. Having a garden bungalow, we also had an outside shower. The main room was equipped with an abundance of charging stations, plenty of drawer and closet space and just an overall feeling of relaxed homeyness. The beds are super comfy with fantastic pillows! I’m a pillow snob, and these met my picky criteria!! Nightly turndown service with goodies is provided unless it’s not wanted. The one extra water excursion we took was the tiki boat ride. Our “Captain,” Chris, was super friendly and knowledgeable about Florida Bay and the Key Largo area! It was a lovely, relaxing afternoon jaunt. The grounds are incredibly well equipped for swimming, sun bathing or just hanging out under an umbrella. Should you choose to not walk or ride the bicycles provided with your bungalow, you may call the front desk and someone will come get you with a smile. West took care of us so incredibly well during our stay!! The only area (in my opinion) that wasn’t up to the overall standard was the food. The food was good, but not what you would expect for the cost of a stay at Bungalows. Again, the service was spot on. The food, however, just didn’t meet up. Ben, in Bogie & Bacall’s, was an excellent server with well trained assistants. One’s water glass would only get a fraction of an inch low in the glass when it was being refilled. Empty dishes didn’t sit on your table a minute too long. Each course was perfectly timed and served. One of the soups offered the evening we ate at B&B’s was an asparagus soup. It was probably the best thing we had next to the yogurt/berry/granola parfait for breakfast one day we didn’t want to get out early. Coming from a foody family and for the cost of a stay here, the food was very disappointing. Even with my gripe about the food, the overall experience was excellent. I would certainly recommend it for a couple wanting away.

Bungalows is a beautiful resort with lovely grounds and well appointed individual bungalow accommodations for each couple. The food is great and portion sizes are also great! They have a wide variety of cocktails and you can choose your liquor if you prefer a certain brand. Breakfast is wonderful at Fishtales as well. The criticisms I would have are as follows: They seem a bit understaffed as far as wait staff around the main pool area, staff is very nice but seem super busy and wait times are sometimes long. Room service is not included in the all inclusive price here and I was told I could not get "to go" food at the tiki bar for my husband who was in a work call in the room. For the price charged this should not be the case. Again the resort is beautiful and I would definitely stay again

Fun time at a US based all inclusive. Staff is super attentive. Property kept immaculately clean. Property offers secluded areas to stay to yourself as well as the main pool area for socializing. Dining establishments are a bit limited (only two rest unless you decide to pay the upcharge or stay more then 4 nights for the 3rd option) . While the entire staff was super attentive, specific shoutouts go to Woodia at the pool area, Madelyn who served us at Boogie and Bacals (made a special evening that much more special) Dorbenz at the Hemingway Bar (Best drinks by the way and don’t miss the lamb chops) and Gage, William and Darrel all in food services. In addition to the lamp chop tip, when you get super hot, the bathrooms at the boot of the steps leading to Boogie & Bacals might be the coolest temperature wise spot on the property.

The vibe check here is top notch. Everything color coordinated and last decorating detail is thought through. The customer service was good, lots of people there to help with your stay. The cute little bungalow is definitely one of a kind with a cozy back yard and bikes and a little front porch. Here’s where I get disappointed. For the cost of this place, upwards of $700/pp/night you’re definitely staying there for the hype. The food is not even close to 5 star compared to other all inclusive in Mexico and the Caribbean. They only offer 2 restaurants unless you want to pay an ADDITIONAL $300/pp to have “fine dining”. Additional on an already very expensive stay. Wow. Alcohol is top shelf so can’t complain about that but you have to be drinking heavily to get your moneys worth for sure. Room service is also an extra fee for food whereas every other all inclusive it’s included and some come with your own butler! If you need to stay in the states and want an adult only expensive all inclusive I’d recommend, if not go to Caribbean or Mexico where you can have your own butler, room service, choice if 5-6 restaurants and pay half the price.

My wife and I recently visited and were very impressed. The resort is beautifully maintained and remarkably quiet. People clearly were enjoying themselves but the lack of young children reduced the decibel level dramatically. Each bungalow is thoughtfully adorned with great amenities inside and out. We had a garden view bungalow and we felt very secluded even though we weren't far from the highway and beach. Our meals at Fish Tales,Sea Senor and Hemingway's were all well above the garden variety fare one has at other all inclusives with several meals being excellent. The attentiveness of staff was excellent as they often provided services not normally expected with a rigor and smile not normally seen. We will definitely be back and have already encouraged others to visit.

So incredibly disappointed with my recent stay. I WILL NOT be returning and I WILL NOT be recommending the resort to my family, friends, co-workers and anyone who wants to read this review. Yes the Resort is beautiful. Perfectly mapped out, top quality bungalows and impeccable landscape architecture. But that's where all of the positives end. The staff are rude and dismissive. The food is horrendous! Practically unedible which is concerning because the website boasts All-inclusive Luxury resort with fine dining restaurants. Let's start with Sea Seniors the Carne Asada meat with completely over salted (everything red meat on property is over salted) the flour tortillas were cold and all of the sides were bland. At Fishtales the crabcake had virtually no crab in it all filler. The scallops were over cooked and incredibly chewey. The "surf and terf" comes with a filet and shrimp because they're too cheap to make the proper lobster. The steak is drenched in a brown gravy the kind that use for your Turkey in Thanksgiving and the schrimp were completely over cooked and once again unedible. What it's like ordering Lunch from the Tiki Bar I ordered the burger 'no tomatoes' and of course it was served with a tomato because the staff is utterly incompetent. The next afternoon I ordered the 'meat lovers pizza with no mushrooms' and it was served with mushrooms. Seriously, ***? Next, Hemingway's Bar. They serve lamb chop lollipops with "mint jelly" it's literally mint jell-o. It's extremely gross and unedible. Didn't want to go with a simple chimichurri sauce? Also at Hemingways is a shrimp mac n cheese, once again they're using shrimp instead of lobster because they're cheap even though you've spent $1200 per night to stay there. Finally there was the Nest Key Beach Party that wasn't. This excursion is sold as a Beach Party at the secluded North Nest Key State Park. It would have been best for everyone if they canceled the trip. It was high tide with a heavy crosswind. So there was no 'Beach' it was sitting under 3 feet of water that didn't stop the Captain from anchoring but at the same time recommending that we don't kayak or paddleboard (the things we siged up for) so we stood in 3 feet of water for 30 minutes for which we were charged $20 a piece for a State Park Day pass! If you say so! DO NOT STAY!

stay away. the “early access” just means that you get to wander the property waiting for your room. a total scam and not worth the money. that’s why they don’t let you cancel or shorten your stay, once you are here. Don’t fall for the scam. the food is bad, no real beach, just some pools, just a good website. save yourself from stress bad blood pressure. just an awful product
