We really enjoyed our two nights here making our way down to key west. Great location. Friendly staff. Beautiful sunsets. We enjoyed grabbing takeout for dinner and eating by the water. Room was very spacious and perfect for us. The free laundry facilities was an added bonus I wasn’t expecting! Thanks Amoray!

Beautiful location, laid back vibe, free use of kayak and paddle board, pool. Gorgeous sunsets on the Gulf. They also offer trips a day for snorkel or scuba. We will be back!

So first impression wasn't great. Mold is obvious all over the floors and bathroom and coukd smell it. We refused to walk barefoot. The pleasant surprise was watching the sunset in the pool! As well as, complimentary laundry machines. We would've loved to use the paddleboard but it didnt have a beach opening without all the "seaweed" which I know is out of their control. Bed and Pillows were comfortable and AC worked well.

Very good quality rooms, great instructors such as Tessa and Art,they let you kayak with borrowed oars, doneeol organized diving events. Only thing missing is a gym.
They even feed the cats on their property.

amazing stay in everyway everyday and highly recommend. Amenities like long board snorkel gear is built into price of hotel, insane sunsets. we will be back.

Amoray Dive Resort
We reserved for 6 days and were called several times after booking confirming our reservation and our commitment. About 2 days before checking in we were asked if we could break up our dates and stay at the sister resort Kona Kai for first 2 days and then back to Amoray Dive Resort for next 4 days. It seemed they were going through renovations. We agreed since in was not to far away from each other. Kona Kai was a little dated but not surprising for the key. It was very nice, quiet, very clean, very comfortable and friendly. Loved the Papaya suite. Katherine was amazing. Amoray Dive Resort gave us a premiere suite that supposedly had been renovated but when? Baseboards need repainting again, floors were vinyl but not very clean, absolutely could not walk barefooted feet got filthy. The shower shelf for toiletries was missing and had not been replaced so long brackets were corrosive. Did not like free brand of toiletries in bathroom. There was a pull out sofa and sheet was filthy so we told family member not to come over. We found out that the reason our accommodations were split up was because there has been a ****** at this resort and a body was found in one of the rooms stuffed in an air handler. This incident happened April 8th and we checked in May 27th. I would really have to investigate this resort again before booking with them again. They did do the best they could do under the circumstances but I would have much rather stayed at Kona Kai the whole 6 days.

Wow, we absolutely loved staying here. The staff are amazing the amenities and being able to snorkel or kayak, already built into the cost which is a fair price for the quality of rooms and activities offered right on site!!
