Ibis Styles Bielsko Biala

Worth a visit. Perfect place to stay for business in the town of Bielsko Biala. Friendly staff and a great spread of food for breakfast.

At first glance it looked good - convinient parking places, spacious family room, clean, at reasonable price, but..... You can't sleep at night as the hotel is located on a very busy road and you can hear all the cars, trucks, bikes engines and speeding up during the night. And believe me the noises which come out of these vehicles in Bielsko-Biała, I suppose most of them old ones, is crazy... Our daughter asked us before going to bed of we forgot the window open, because she could hear the engines so loud and clear as if she was standing at the street. And hygiene - nobody was wearing a mask in the in restaurant and nobody from the hotel personnel was checking on that. On top of that most of the hotel guests had running noses and we're coughing and you could hear the noises of that....

Great, simple helpful staff Prompt reply to pre booking enquiry re: 24 hour reception, was no problem & check in at 2am simple and quick. Excellent

the bed was horrible sleeping in a bunk i was not able to sleep properly all other aspects were fine
