The Ketchikan Airport Ferry Terminal is also easily accessible with free shuttle service available for guests. We do not have laundry facility. We are willing to do their laundry so long as they at least tip the housekeeper and also be told their laundry would be done after the hotels items are washed first. Breakfast not included in their stay. We do have plenty of options where they can eat. Pet Service Animals Only Dogs pets and other animals whose sole function is to provide comfort companionship or emotional support do not qualify as service animals under the law and are not permitted in our Hotel. The hotel is not new, after all, it has a history of more than a hundred years. There is no elevator either, a total of 3 floors. But the front desk is very warm and thoughtful. After making a phone call at the airport, everything from how to transition to helping to call a taxi was clearly arranged. The taxi is paid for by the hotel. It is a bit old. The driver is a nagging person, talking to himself all the way, but he still responds seriously when asked. The room is small, but facing the cruise terminal, the view from the window is beautiful. Fully furnished and functional. Old photos are hung on the stairs and corridors, which somewhat creates a sense of warmth.
