Jon & Emma are excellent hosts, the breakfast was plentiful fresh and of good quality that set you up for the day, the room was spotless and clean with everything you need for a pleasant stay there was even coffee making facilities with cookies that you don’t often see these days at B&Bs Jon was very knowledgable of the area and nothing was too much trouble, I highly recommend greystoke and we would not hesitate to stay there again should we visit the lakes again in the future.

Great value for money. Very clean, comfortable bed, decent shower, excellent cooked breakfast. The owners really look after you. Easy check in / out procedure and excellent communications. Easy walking distance to Keswick town centre.

Another fantastic New Year stay. Perfectly looked after as always by John & Emma. Check in online in advance or in person so a smooth arrival which is great after a long journey. Rooms spotless and a fantastic freshly prepared breakfast every day. Nothing is to much trouble, you are treated as friends of the family. Hope to be back in the future.

Another fantastic new year stay at the greystoke. Room was perfect, lovely and warm and spacious and the large bed was so comfy. Self check in was easy and convenient. Everything you want for breakfast, it was delicious. Jon and Emma and of course Noah are brilliant hosts, very friendly and are happy to help with anything, suggesting lovely walks to do. Excellent location 2 minutes walk to the amenities of Keswick, we'll definatley return.

We really enjoyed our 2 night stay. Lovely comfortable room, delicious breakfast, ideal location - only a couple of minutes walk to Keswick centre. Great hosts. Although there isn’t any parking we didn’t have any trouble parking nearby. Would highly recommend.

Great location for a few days stay in Keswick. Emma & Jon were great hosts and made sure we had all we needed during our stay, and the daily breakfasts were really tasty. Nice comfortable room (not that we spent much time in there). Will return at a future date

Lovely comfortable stay with great breakfast. Perfectly located, a short walk to the town centre and a short walk to the lake. Easy check in & check out. The hosts were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 2, which was really nicely decorated, very very comfortable bed and lovely en-suite.

Hotel is in a great location short walk into Keswick, room was amazing, shower just wow. Breakfast was so nice easy to use app to pre order breakfast to choose what you would prefer. Jon and Emma (owners) were so helpful with information and just having a good chat with you making us feel very welcome. Definitely coming back again.
