設施：床品柔軟親膚、洗漱用品齊全質量也好！
衞生：房間各處清潔度滿分，桌面、牀頭櫃無灰塵，衞生間瓷磚縫隙乾淨無異味，床品潔白無污漬，非常棒！
環境：房間設計簡約大氣，燈光柔和不刺眼。臨街房窗户隔音效果好，完全不受外界車流乾擾；部分房型能看到城市夜景或庭院綠植，白天採光充足。
服務：主動貼心，從入住時主動幫提行李、介紹房間設施細節，到入住期間看到客人很熱情，甚至記得客人隨口提的“需要多床被子”並提前送到房間，全程不用客人多開口，服務預判很到位。

每年都會去烏蘭布統，都是跟車隊去，今年自己和朋友開車去，第一次在攜程訂房，就遇到這麼好的酒店，覺得攜程還是挺靠譜的

房間乾淨整潔，無異味，一次性用品齊全，全屋智能化，有天貓精靈很方便，噪音小，窗外景色優美，可以看見草原日出，停車車位很多還有小服務員幫忙指揮停車，辦理入住手續很快，還有小服務員幫忙提行李，還是挺不錯的酒店，值得住！推薦！！！

帶着寶貝入住這家草原酒店真是太棒了！酒店專門準備了小童遊樂區和親子活動，玩得不亦樂乎。房間寬敞舒適，小童床佈置得超可愛，還有貼心的防護措施。最驚喜的是晚上有篝火晚會，全家一起數星星、講故事，温馨又難忘！服務人員特別友善，主動幫忙照看孩子，讓我們能好好放鬆。下次草原遊一定再來！
