這次出行，因為我們個人的原因，出行前沒有檢查好，車況，原來車的輪胎就是紮了一個釘子，我們給忘記了，真的忘記了，快要到景區的時候，車胎沒氣了，我靠，第一次遇見這種事情，我們原本是不打算去入住了，想的在圍場縣城入住1晚就好了，給攜程打電話，客服説不給退，後來找到了老闆，老闆是可以給退的，老闆説即使不住，也可以幫助我們，真的幫助了我們很多，我們都是女士，真的換不動輪胎，老闆派了2個小夥子，必須給老闆大哥點贊！沒多大一會就到了給我們把車輛更換的輪胎
真的很不錯，很有緣分，一次很好的旅遊體驗，我們繼續入住了，酒店條件很不錯，房間乾淨，飯菜可口。相信緣分，值得信賴。

酒店住宿很好，老闆很實在，今年烏蘭布統為數不多自己經營管理的酒店老闆。房間裏面很乾凈，飯菜價格很合理還有透明廚房，主要是奔着4月的雪去的，雪化的太快了沒看到雪，看到了草原發芽的小草也很美。推薦這家店是因為這家店不是租的是老闆自己經營的，推薦。

這家酒店出門不遠就是烏蘭布統大草原距離騎馬的地方不遠，老闆娘很熱情講解 介紹景點遊覽，晚上停車很方便，住的人不是很多，之前看評價説衞生不太好，但我們體驗的感覺酒店衞生還是很好的，，很不錯的體驗。

承德塞罕壩還有內蒙的烏蘭布統草原景色是完全不一樣的，塞罕壩全是人工林海，過來內蒙地界就是美麗的歐式草原，景色很美。酒店選的也不錯，人好，景色好，房間乾淨衞生服務到位，

草原上的酒店想象中設施條件比我想象中好很多。房間還有吃餐都很乾凈整潔，工作人員態度很好，貼心為客人着想。院內可以免費停車，來往遊客不少，很有家庭氛圍。地理位置也不錯，距離烏蘭布統各個景點距離較近。我們來的時候趕上下雪了，和領隊一起草草原穿越了一下，這哪是草原啊，明明就是雪原，景色真的很美，很漂亮，難得一見的美景，越野車玩的很過癮，房間裏面也是非常暖和。

酒店真的很棒，深入草原腹地，配套設施真的很完備，服務也OK，這裏的環境喜歡拍照的朋友可以自由選擇，隨便一拍都是大片，日落，日出，喂小羊，餵羊駝，騎馬，租車，包車越野車 都可以遊玩，真的很推薦。
