走熱阿線路過，看着外觀不錯。但是內部感覺有點舊，旁邊的旅遊小鎮中心也是一樣，沒有做出來，很多停業關門。服務員態度也一般。

沒有空調 一台電風扇 洗澡沒洗完水會變冷 性價比極差 個人建議不要去 衞生也不怎麼樣 當天到酒店 床單上有毛毛 要求重新床單了 體驗感極差 不知道是温泉水還是自來水 旺季到了 價格不便宜 不要去被坑

很有調調的一個小鎮，可能來的不太是時候，除了住宿都關掉了，温泉衹有湯屋裡有
位置：小鎮拍照很出片的，夜景非常美，就是有點冷了。
房間：推薦民宿的那個房間，空間大裝修好衞浴也乾淨，主要是有空調！！這點很重要！！酒店沒有電梯，行李多的民宿有一樓房間，陽面的不開空調也不冷。
用餐：用餐需要出小鎮過一條主馬路就到了，推薦塞汗塔拉飯店，我是排了半個小時拼桌才吃上的。早餐主酒店3樓就有，很豐盛，補餐很快。
前台小姐姐温和友善，明年六七月份再去一次，感受下温泉和熱鬧景象

説實在的比熱水堂其餘幾家酒店好多了 最起碼能有温泉 也很乾凈 就是有點折騰 辦理入住還要把東西搬上去 還好有酒店人員幫忙拿 但是他們家兩點有點不太好1.温泉水衹有晚上18-22點有 2.淋浴是熱水器 早飯還是可以的 大家來熱水塘可以首選温泉屋 其餘的房型應該沒有温泉哈~

住宿門口沒有停車的地方，也沒有指示牌，來回找了老半天才知道，需要拎着一大堆行李走無數台階，東拐西拐出好幾道門上下樓梯才能到達住的地方，帶長者孩子出行入住很不方便。
一個房間浴池裡麪躺着兩衹大蟲子屍體，我忍了。結果長者住的另一個房間半夜十一點突然就斷電了，一晚上冷得不行，第二天白天工作人員來確認是跳閘了，問題是不承認問題，嘴上還一直説著不可能啊不可能啊，以前沒出過這事，我説你自己感受一下温度，這是開空調的温度嗎，我們難道自己故意凍着嗎？！我在房間合上閘重新開了一會兒空調，果然又跳閘了，反覆三次，我也無語了，兩個房間花了一千三百多，這年頭開空調就跳閘的酒店我也是第一次見，主要是還一口一個不可能！
晚上十點温泉水沒有了，熱水器洗了一個人就沒有熱水了，需要長時間的等待！
關鍵是前台的電話基本形同虛設，要麼就是沒有人值班，晚上打的和早上打的時候都無人接聽，最後是早上自己，跑到前台去找的人，一説服務人員就是不可能啊，這不可能啊…一句抱歉的話都沒有，全是在推責任。總之，再也不會來這裏入住。

自駕從山東去內蒙玩，因為距離遠，半夜才能到，結果當天11點酒店打電話説如果不能12點前辦理入住，就要給我們退房！讓我們聯繫其他酒店入住，這可是十一假期，草，住了這麼多酒店，第一聽説必須12點前入住的，後來聯繫了攜程客服，客服幫我們解決的，服務巨差！！
有一説一，酒店的設施環境都很不錯，至少是這附近最好的，這裏靠近熱阿線，如果來這邊旅遊，還是推薦他們家，費用不高，環境好！
