提前訂的酒店，當時對比熱水塘温泉酒店好幾家，最終選擇了他家，開始選擇主要是因為比較有特色，歐式風格裝修，體驗的地方比較多温泉水很純，衞生很乾凈，服務員服務的也很好，缺什麼東西及時幫我們處理解決了，房間住得也很舒服，床都是純實木的，看上去很值錢的樣子。整體非常不錯，很滿意的一個酒店。沿途風景美不勝收，草原明年我們還會來。

酒店的温泉真的很不錯，私湯温泉可以看星空，泡着温泉，抬頭就是浩瀚夜空，那種感覺太愜意了，温泉水也很舒服很放鬆。
不過酒店的房間實在讓人有點失望。房間特別小，感覺很侷促，活動空間受限。而且房間裏特別潮濕，讓人很不舒服。更讓人膈應的是，房間里居然還有小蟲子！

玩完熱阿線來到熱水塘，一進小鎮整體挺有特色的，面積還挺大的，都是歐式建築風格房子，打開拍照很出片哦，住在這還免費的公共温泉區玩，帶家人在温泉區玩的挺開心，温泉池子好幾種 有大的小的，我個人比較喜歡室外的泳池，在泳池游泳很舒服，不像游泳館那麼悶，房間整體也符合我的預期，服務員還幫我們拿行李，晚上一起跟家人蔘加了小鎮上的篝火晚會，就在他們的小鎮街裏，這次住得很滿意，玩的也很充實滿分，強烈推薦哦。

按照熱水塘當地高檔酒店標準定的房，到店後大失所望，我這老兩口要按男女分別從不同的門進入，到慺上再會合去找房間，這哪裡是酒店啊，分明是洗浴澡堂子，可是在攜程網上它卻列在酒店名下，一間房衹給一個手牌，洗手既沒有洗手液也沒有香皂，和前台要，回答是政府不許提供，温泉供應時間也是政府規定的，熱水塘政府能管這寬？停車場離大堂門口挺遠，還有一段台階，拿行李夠你走的，如果車停在門口附近，小心車損，我把警示牌拍照了，大家看看吧。慶幸的是我衹訂了一晚房。

8月29號入住的，酒店準備了節日蛋糕還有玫瑰花，特別的温馨，前台服務人員非常熱情，酒店外形還有裝修風格很有特色，在當地感覺是最好的酒店了，房間內環境衞生也很整潔乾淨。

很高檔，温泉泡起來很舒服，就是酒店周邊旅遊有待提高，温泉區還有點單調，篝火晚會和歌舞表演都沒有，價位700多感覺不划算

走熱阿線路過，看着外觀不錯。但是內部感覺有點舊，旁邊的旅遊小鎮中心也是一樣，沒有做出來，很多停業關門。服務員態度也一般。
