服務超級滿意，前台熱情，旅遊路過找了一家相當好的酒店，假日這個品牌我在湖南北京天津都住過，總體來説還是非常好的，舒適度、服務及衞生都很不錯，這次選了兩個房間，都在一樓，一間親子房，兩張床，帶個小陽台可以出去的，另一間標間，也很舒適，晚飯直接在一樓食堂解決吧，可以點菜，是本地風味的，第二天早上的自助餐也在這裏，服務員小姐姐們很友善

酒店位置好，整體比較新，設施齊全，乾淨衞生，環境也不錯，缺點是房價有點小貴，也能理解，暑假正是旅遊旺季，烏蘭布統這邊的酒店都不便宜呢。重點表揚餐廳，沒吃自助火鍋，不做評價，我們吃了兩頓炒菜，畢竟在旅遊區，菜價略高一點，但量做的挺大，而且菜味兒適合我們家的口味，所以全家人一致給予好評，前台漂亮小姐姐也很熱情，服務周到，印象深刻，下次再來烏蘭布統還會選擇吃住這裏，麼麼噠😘

五洲是老酒店了，今年重新裝修，設施、環境都非常棒。定的家庭房，房間寬敞，床足夠的大，還有小陽台，傍晚坐在陽台喝個茶喝點小酒，別提多舒服了，特別説一下，枕頭特別舒服，住了別家的酒店睡了一晚就落枕了，五洲的枕頭是那種記憶棉的，很舒服，個人覺得是烏蘭布統最舒服、最人性化的酒店了。早餐也是超級豐盛，沒想到在草原的酒店能吃到這麼豐盛的早餐。老闆人很好，很熱情。酒店的服務生也很積極的一直幫忙拿行李。五星推薦！！！
