We were the only guest at the hotel, but they cut no corners in making sure we feel welcome. The front desk (Young chinese guy) is very friendly and offers us a lot of Nongfu Spring water, ensuring we stay hydrated throughout our stay!
Their hotel is also very well decorated with the rustic coffeeshop theme, looks especially warm when it’s snowing

在攜程上看他家的評價就非常好，入住之後確實體驗感非常好。服務員都非常熱情，入住送水果，離店有小禮物，（不是説給東西就好哈）感覺很温馨，早餐也確實不錯，下次去還會再定這家酒店的。

酒店很新位置在鎮中心，有自己的停車場，自己有餐廳，附近也有很多飯店。裝修高檔有品位。房間寬敞明亮，設施齊全，衞生乾淨。前台服務態度很好，辦理入住時，前台小樑姑娘態度非常好，熱情有禮貌，業務熟練，還免費給升級房間。店長見到我們進門主動幫忙拿行李，很熱情的給我拿了烏蘭布統的旅遊地圖，詳細介紹了每個景點及路線。辦理退房時，由於我們走得急，交了房卡就出門了，前台小白姑娘追到停車場給我們送來伴手禮，熱情跟我們打招呼。客房服務員也都很禮貌，見面都主動打招呼，讓人有賓至如歸的感覺。酒店早餐品種豐富，口味不錯，所有食品都有保温的，餐廳經理不停的檢查食品衞生，讓人感覺很放心。一定會把這家酒店推薦給朋友！

住了喆啡，第一次覺得網絡點評是真實的。房間很乾凈，早餐樣式很多，有特色的奶茶，果子，各種點心和現煮的麪。所有人服務很好，店長是個小夥人非常好，一直在忙碌，幫着拿行李，服務客人，幫着講解旅遊路線。有這樣管理者，讓人很放心。贊👍👍👍

本來在草原對酒店沒報什麼期望，住的暖和，別有噪音就很好了，（去年來住的一晚民宿，幾乎沒睡覺😓）這次定的酒店入住可以説是超預期的滿意，因為下雨，從到酒店開始，就有人到門外打傘接，辦入住又主動多給了一張早餐券，小朋友迷上了酒店的蓋章，小姐姐很有耐心的教，幫忙打熱水都是温聲細語的，尤其有一個小哥哥，應該是主管吧，前台入住，早餐服務，下雨拖地，打傘接車，哪裡忙碌哪裡有他的身影，真的很暖心。入住兩天氣温很低，但房間裏非常温暖，以後來烏蘭布統，都住喆啡。（不是營銷號，不是營銷號，不是營銷號，第一次寫這麼多評論）
