The bed was dirty, the sofa was not very clean, and it was not in line with the price. There were also insects. One cockroach was found on the first day, two cockroaches and a spider were found on the second day.

房間較乾淨，缺點就是廁所的地漏有頭髮纏在那裡，去水去不及時，還有房間有點小，靠近草原，晚上很多人放煙花，比較吵

非常非常失望。首先，房間的臉盆下水不暢通，基本算堵；其次，電熱水器洗澡一次衹能洗一個人，另一個人要等很久才能洗澡；再次，房間衞生極其差，到處是灰，還有上一個房客落下的護膚品，床罩上也有沒洗乾淨的污垢。

入住後發現，香皂沒有，抽紙沒有，衞生不好，原木色的桌子用濕巾擦了2遍還是臟，又用紙巾（自帶的）擦乾結果紙是黑的，電水壺的蓋的密封圈都長毛了，唉！想打電話給前台，電話打不通，沒辦法，讓老公跑到前樓去問（分前後樓，前台在前樓，前樓牌子怡人山莊，後樓寫璞悦花見，其實是一家）給了幾小卷衞生紙當紙巾用，電話説他們這沒有電話，床頭櫃上電話是擺設。樓道里沒有服務人員，跑來跑去好幾趟，前台竟然問:還缺什麼你一次説完！缺什麼你們不應該提前放好嗎？意思是來來回回煩到他們了，真是服了，哪哪做的都不到位還有理了。另外，酒店前面就是個煙花爆竹專賣，都買了接着在門口放，放到晚上12點，放炮不睡誰都別想睡，本來旅遊就累，還不讓睡，自己體會吧。。。

酒店服務不專業，大概12點多到達酒店，先給我們開了一間沒有收拾的房間，並且房間裏面還有人在上廁所。
酒店內衞生較差，之後給我們換了一間放棄，換的這間收拾過，但洗手枱上面還有頭髮殘留，漱口杯刷的不乾淨，明顯底部有污漬。
出去玩還是得住連鎖酒店，住民宿要看運氣，運氣不好影響心情。

位置有點偏，在小鎮子的邊緣，門口就是草原了。
門牌不清晰，在一個酒店的院子裏。按照導航來來回回走，才找到。
院子裏有充電樁，門口停車比較方便。
電視自帶視頻網站會員，適合追劇，好評。

房間沒有空調，白天還是很熱，很悶的，有不少小飛蟲，晚上半夜睡覺時有個蟲子🐛爬到我脖子上嚇死了，酒店説有篝火晚會，大家等了一晚上，説取消就取消了😅😅😅
