暖氣下午4點才開，到半夜就停了，早上起來冷冰冰。酒店是瓷磚地板，從外面雪地進來很容易滑倒。沒有電梯，地很滑，我們的行李箱從樓下滾了下來，還好人沒大礙。衞生間花灑頭的冷熱水標識反了。服務就不説了，找不到人，打幾次電話都不接

服務好，家人般温暖接待，有求必應！吃飯方便極了，也很可口，量真是大。

賓館不錯，有新裝修的房間，乾淨整潔，床品很乾凈，衞生間角落收拾的也不錯，服務非常好，幫我們約草原越野車深度遊、玩的特別好，景色也很好，還去牧民家裡看了看呢，喝了奶茶，穿蒙古服裝拍照，拍了美美的照片，很愉快

周邊非常方便，挨着馬路，加油站、充電樁都有，房間也不錯，挺好的，入住的很滿意，前台的服務非常到位，餐廳的飯菜很好吃，量大還不貴，價格合理，天氣好的話還可以在外邊燒烤，最主要的是餐這塊做的真挺好吃的，很合我們口味，他家有包間和大廳，用餐也很合理。
