Air source heat pump.
Storage for owner's use only. Peninsula plot. There is also another cottage (12532, owned by the same owner) for rent on the same grounds, distance 20 m. Wooded hillside plot with crushed rock on the ground.
Own barbecue shelter, pier and beach.
Fishing guide available also in Russian language.
