Rosewam has consistently been my preferred accommodation establishment during my travels to Kirinyaga. I have selected this hotel due to its reputation for providing serene surroundings, clean accommodations, and convenient proximity to my destination. Regrettably, during my recent stays, I have encountered recurring issues regarding water availability. Each morning, I have experienced insufficient or complete lack of water supply when attempting to shower. I kindly request improvement in this area to enhance the overall guest experience.

What a nice relaxing stay. The hotel is first class, entire staff is great. The pool is beautiful and enjoyable.. the food is well Portioned and tasty..the room is spacious and clean. Very nice place to stay. One thing that stands out was the entire staff is dedicated to the guest needs true sign of great teamwork . To the entire staff i say thanks for a great stay.,👍👍

Nice hotel for Kerugoya. Room decor nice vibe and clean. Breakfast is slow if you are ordering and egg and sometimes not many options. But again, for location I cannot complain. Outside bar by pool was nice, ordered drinks was fast. Would and have stayed again.

Worst experience, the customer service was Terrible took an hour waiting to be served at the rooftop bar. The food was worse. Ordered for a steak only to get cold, dry, rubbery pieces of "meat" which seemed to be last years

This Hotel is Great, I will love to come Back here again. The pool is awesome and clean. Great Buffet Breakfast. The rooms were okay, you choose variety that favours your pocket. The location is perfect and weather waaw. They have a nice Bar, Roof Top Restraurant and Gym too with Aerobics Studio.. Thank you Clare.

Rooms are spacious and clean. Very happy to get drinking water and some shower soaps! Only recommendation is some improvement in the dining room like Coffee/Tea water must be hot!!. Often had to ask kitchen staff to heat my coffee water. Good job otherwise.

Very delicious chicken. Timely service...when you visit ask for a gentleman called Paul Areba. A wonderful stay at the facility...very clean facility. I would highly recommend the facility to family and friends
