Fantastic warm check in with the owner and made to feel extremely welcome. Offered advice on where to go depending on what we fancied explaining where to head in the town for some live music plus nearby festival in Listowel. The place was absolutely spotless and we had a nice luxury room with very large bathroom, lots of storage and great facilities. The room was very comfortable and decorated homely not like your average room. The bed and mattress was outstanding and of luxury quality including large fluffy pillows. We didnt opt for breakfast but left our car in town the night before. The owner kindly offered to drive us back into town to pick up the car in the morning. Cirean our host was excellent! She welcomed us when we arrived and showed us our room and the house. She asked when we would like breakfast and took our order. Room was nice and clean. We stayed in room 2 and had beautiful views out of the window! Cirean recommended places to eat and gave us tips and recommendations of places to see on our trip! Dinner at the Lobster Bar downtown! We enjoyed a lobster dinner and fish and chips, highly recommended!!! Went for a run in the morning, less than a mile to town and ran on a path right by the water. Coffee for breakfast was very good! The fruit on the pancakes was very fresh and tasty! The pancakes were very good. Salmon and scramble eggs also excellent!! While staying we saw a number of rainbows around the area!! We would love to visit again sometime :-) We visited the gift shop next door and purchased several gifts which they ship for free with a €100 purchase.
