If you're researching your potential stay in Kerry, stop now. Waterville is the best location for your base, fact. No need to research where in Waterville to stay either. Lough Currane Holiday Homes are simply the best if you get the opportunity to book. We were 2 families of 4 staying for a week in early July. We arrived to 2 lovely spacious holiday homes with swimming pools in a perfect location on the edge of the village. A 3 minute walk into Waterville, 20 min drive to Derrynane to the South or Cahirciveen to the north and everywhere in between. Simon Kelly and his team were incredibly helpful, suggesting the lesser known spots to see and were just a wealth knowledge all things local and beyond. We were a little unlucky with the weather, but that really didn't matter. We had the use of the outdoor heated pools which were perfect for everyone.
