The hotel environment is quite good. The room is also comfortable. The hotel is located on the edge of the town and is easy to find. The waiters are warm and polite. Breakfast is freshly cooked. You need to tell the front desk the breakfast time one night in advance so that they can arrange it. There are many parking spaces for you to park at will.
If there are many people, you can also book an apartment, which is in the same place as the hotel. The car can also be driven downstairs, which is very convenient.

Check in staff were rude when asking for clarification on hotel pricing, as the whole group realised we had the same rooms but for different prices Please note they don’t tell you this, but they charge per person not per room, so some couples were paying €800 for 4 nights and those who were single were paying €500 for 4 nights - same room Staff were unable to explain why if it’s per person, it would be exactly half the price for the same sized room, same view The price of the hotel - extortionate for what it was - these prices were with a wedding discount with the groom part of our wedding party. We were told that if we were unhappy to just switch rooms?? We had shower water leak onto bedroom carpet through the wall, none of the staff were helpful. It was a shocking experience and not worth the same cost as an all-inclusive holiday to mainland Europe However -Sneem itself was great, the restaurants in town are ran by lovely people, just would avoid staying at this hotel if this is how they treat/charge guests who have spent thousands on a wedding here

First stay in the apartments, on a quick visit to Sneem with family. Really great experience, from check-in with the team, and greeting from Red. The comfort, cleanliness, and facilities of the apartments were excellent, and perfect for our needs. Ideally located with the village 10 mins walk away, and mid-point for our travels east to Kilgarvan, and west to Caragh Lake. Have no hesitation recommending the apartments (or hotel) to anyone.

Stayed on 3 nights b&b package with 2 evening meals. Hotel contacted us in advance to book times in restaurant for breakfasts and dinner. We booked breakfast for 10am each morning and dinners at 7.30pm. While breakfast times were adhered to by hotel, fried food, except eggs, was dried up and cold. We did not get to eat in restaurant for dinners. Could only get table in bar both nights. Menu was the exact same each night. My wife is a vegetarian with allergies to onions an red peppers. Very poor vegetarian options. We asked even if chef could do vegetarian stir fry with root vegetables that would suit and were available as they were on meat menus, it was very disappointing that such a simple request couldn't be facilitated. The hotel is very nice but the food standard and menus are very poor given that we paid close on €700 for the 3 night stay as well as spending close on an additional €150 for beverages and sea **** bath. Very disappointed overall

Superb location, balcony suites have an incredible view and made to feel welcome on arrival. Catherine at reception gave great advice on the locality and it's just a short walk along a footpath to Sneem. Great choice of delicious breakfast with fast service. Would 100% visit again

Great Hotel and awesome Staff. We were here for just 1 Day and the location was great. The Service at the Hotel was awesome. The Facility was up to date and very Clean. this is a location i would rebook on another stay in Ireland. Thank you to the Hotel and the Staff.
