Fantastic stay at a very comfortable and clean room and bathroom. Location is a 10 to 15 min walk to town, 5 min drive. Hosts Trish and Chris were responsive and kind. The breakfast was wonderful and most of all I enjoyed being in the kitchen area with the hosts in the morning. Often guests at B&B's are separated from the kitchen area. I love the intimacy this affords and the comfort of feeling like you are in someone's home after a long journey. I highly recommend.

A beautiful place, very friendly owners, very clean. Wonderfully quiet surroundings, and a town nearby. A perfect place to relax. We will definitely be back.

We had an amazing time staying at this B&B. Trish and her husband were hospitable and welcoming. The rooms were clean and well maintained. It was great value for money and the breakfast was fantastic. Patsy and Bernard

We had a great night at Àlaind Lodges on the Kerryway walk, a super room and a perfect breakfast, including an entertaining story about Tom Creene who was on South Pole expeditions 3 times, now we knete a lots of details. I can only recommend this accommodation!

We spent one night in Alaind Lodges and would highly recommend it if you are looking to stay in Sneem. It was an absolute pleasure, very clean, welcoming and extremely comfortable and spacious rooms. We completed our Mountain Skills 1 course through Mountaineering Ireland with Ferghal. I would Highly recommend Ferghal if you are looking for a walking holiday in Sneem.

Second time to stay with Chris and Trish, and highly recommended. Very comfortable bedroom, and a great breakfast. Alaind is in fine location just outside Sneem in a quiet location at the end of a lane yet accessible to the town. Chris and Trish themselves are very friendly and chatty, perfect hosts for a solo traveler. Both times I visited I went out cycling and they were great with tips and hints on my route. Sneem is a lovely little town, with a good selection of pubs, cafes and fish and chips. In February the only place serving food was O’Shea’s, busy, decent home cooking but definitely ask Trish to book ahead!
