We stayed here for two nights in two rooms. It was an amazing stay. The room was cleaned, and the bed was very comfortable. The staff at the restaurant were helpful and friendly. During our stay, we always ate there, and the bar was amazing. The staff was really helpful and friendly. Breakfast was a buffer, but it didn't have many choices, as I expected for such a five-star hotel as I travel around the world and I have seen but the staff was helpful and polite. The view was terrific, the gym was clean, and the swimming pool looked out the lake. It was fantastic.

It was our 15th wedding anniversary, so we wanted to find a nice restaurant to celebrate. We chose the Panorama at the Europe Hotel. And it was a perfect choice. From the very first moment, we felt this place was special. We were given a table by the window with a beautiful view of the lake. The food was delicious, and the portions were just right. My wife ordered goat cheese salad and I had rabbit loin. For the main courses, we had monkfish and steak. Since we were already full, we only had one dessert to share. All the food was delicious. Our waiter and manager ( sorry can't remember your names) did everything they could to make our evening was special. I would recommend this place to everyone looking for nice food and great service. We will definitely be back.

We had a very enjoyable stay at this beautiful hotel — the grounds and facilities are lovely. The food in all three restaurants was excellent. It was a bit surprising, however, that you couldn’t book two of the restaurants in advance, which would have been helpful. The breakfast service was fantastic — very efficient and friendly. Our breakfast servers were Gemma and Saoirse. Emilis at Riva was also professional and welcoming. One thing that did surprise me was the lack of seating plans for food service, which I would normally expect from a 5-star hotel. Overall, a very pleasant experience and we would happily return.

Excellent hotel and we’ve stayed a few times. The scenery is spectacular and the staff are great. However, one epic fail is the fact that there’s no air conditioning which you’d expect as standard in a five star hotel. This is something they need to retrofit. All in all a beautiful place, good food and wine.

This hotel is one of the top hotels not just in Ireland but in fact Europe. The furniture and surroundings and everything about the hotel is 5 star. Food and service are excellent with friendly professional staff. I have been to this hotel many times with family and friends and every time it is excellent. I ate in the lounge area this time with great views of the lakes and mountains, Delicious food , and friendly professional service. I was greeted by the lounge/restaurant manager sorry I don't recall name and served by Anna. The meal began with some delicious bread with different flavours and seabream as a main course. The meal was very well presented and delicious. The atmosphere was calm and peaceful and not rushed at all. Thank you , I'm looking forward to my next visit in the not to distant future . I highly recommend a visit to the Europe, you won't be disappointed.

We stayed a night to celebrate a special wedding anniversary. We received a welcome box of chocolates, lemonade and card in our room to mark the occasion. We booked a classic King room and had a wonderful view of the lakes and mountains. The bed was super comfy and the ESPA toiletries were lovely. We enjoyed a delicious 3 course meal in the Panorama dining room with lovely views to the lake. We had the opportunity to enjoy the pools and thermal suite, the views from the outdoor heated pool was amazing and the weather thankfully behaved for our trip. We enjoyed a good breakfast and there was a good variety on offer. The staff were always friendly and attentive.

First time staying and really enjoyed the European feel of the hotel . Lakeside room had spectacular view from balcony and room was lovely apart from pillows a bit flat . Had a lovely meal in the brassiere which was reasonably priced for a 5 star hotel . Swimming pool , jacuzzi , sauna nall top drawer and great to relax in .The grounds are lovely and it was nice and quite at night .it was a lovely experience but not quite worth twice the price of other nice hotels in Killarney.

St Patrick's weekend was crazy busy in Killarney, and I decided to treat myself and my friend to lunch in The Europe. The day was bright and sunny. We could not pre book a table for lunch in the Brasserie, but the team was efficient, and there was no waiting time. Much more relaxed than Killarney town that day. Servers were professional efficient and super friendly. They engaged with us from the minute we arrived, and it made the whole experience fun and joyful. The cesar salad was delicious, and the wine was crisp and cold. The price was no more expensive than anywhere else in killarney, but the ambience was perfect for the day and the company. Definitely on the revisit list! Great staff Greay location Great food and wine

Great service top notch food!!! Def. Coming back…the waiter and the supervisor who serve us was so kind and attentive. The view was spectacular. Great experience to my son us his having special day in that day. Ambience is great aswell . Worth a visit in total…
