The Inn at Brierley Hill just outside Lexington is specially built to be a very comfortable, relaxing place to stay. Our room had a bedroom, large bathroom, and a living area with a covered patio space with swing. We had two fireplaces—inside and out—and coffee service and refrigerator. Every morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast that we ordered the night before. The hosts were very responsive to any request and helpful in setting up the television or lighting the fire. There are lovely walks and Lexington has an excellent book shop and lots of restaurant options. We focused on relaxation and we ticked that box!

The location and mountain views at The Inn at Brierley Hill are stunning. It was a rare pleasure to enjoy Heather's delectable breakfasts while enjoying the view of the mountains from the veranda. The property is very well maintained. I had everything I needed in the spacious cottage flat, and I felt very comfortable. (The bed, in particular!) I cherished the peaceful atmosphere and the view from the secluded porch. My room was very clean; it felt like I was the first person to stay there. John and Heather are great conversationalists who instantly put you at ease. They made excellent recommendations for neighborhood eateries in Lexington. Book it and enjoy your stay!

We spent 2 nights in the Shenandoah Suite and had a great time at Brierly Hill. Heather, Sara, and John made us feel like VIP guests. Breakfast each day was fantastic. Can't say enough about the Apple Pannenkoeken! The view from Brierly Manor is just fantastic. We enjoyed watching deer in the yard every evening as we sat on the Adirondack chairs. The bed was so comfortable - just as advertised and mentioned in the reviews. The Inn is very secluded, but only 5 minutes from Lexington where there is plenty to do and lots of good places to eat. Next time we go back to the Shenandoah Valley, we will be staying at Brierly Hill for sure!

Innkeepers were very friendly and helpful. The entire facility looked brand new. Very close to Lexington and local attractions and restaurants. Breakfast was amazing. Views from the back porch were stunning; we enjoyed a beautiful evening sunset.

We had a wedding in Lexington and decided to stay at The Brierley Hill B&B. It was the best decision we made! The Innkeepers, Michele and Derick were wonderful and made us feel right at home. Our room (Mountain View) was fantastic - beautifully appointed and very large with a fireplace and king size bed that was wonderfully comfortable. We also had a view of the mountains on all sides of the room! The breakfast was tasty and for our first night they left us a platter of chocolate chip cookies that were delicious! Lexington downtown was only 7 minutes away with great restaurants and shops. Had we been able to stay longer we would have hit up the museums. We definitely plan on going back!

Just got home from two nights in this wonderful bed and breakfast. It is in such a lovely peaceful spot with great views. The person that greeted us was so friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Can’t say enough about Sarah , who cooked us a delicious full breakfast every morning , and made sure we were happy with everything. Great staff which made the stay perfect. We will be back in hopefully cooler weather!

My wife and I stayed here in September and thought that this establishment was exceptional and without fault. The property is beautifully appointed , the accommodation first rate and the hosts John and Heather were informative , helpful and relentless in making our stay memorable. Breakfasts were superb and beers on the rear porch at the end of the day with those views were what memories are made of. If you are close to Lexington I am unsure why you would want to stay anywhere else.

The Inn at Brierley Hill is the best we’ve ever stayed in and we have stayed in many wonderful and beautiful B&B’s. The Inn itself is exceptional. The view was fantastic. Very relaxing and quiet. JOHN and HEATHER are the best hosts ever and they have thought of everything and I do mean everything. They truly have servant hearts., Live on site and always available. And the breakfasts are to die for. I insisted my wife get all of the recipes. we give the highest recommendations and look forward to our return

we recently stayed at the Inn at Brierly Hill and recommend it highly - we would stay there again in a heartbeat. John & Heather went out of their way to care for us, even making a special trip to get Diet Coke and sugar-free syrup for us. The bed is comfy and I am going to order some of the pillows. The decor is attractive, everything is clean and neat, and the view is wonderful. If you are near Lexington, you will love being a guest here.
