Fantastic stay at this Hotel ! Everything were really amazing ! We arrived at 11:00am and immediately we received a ro when normal check-in time is 15:00 ! The stay was incredible, the SPA is just unreal with so much to offer ! Hotel is equipped with everything that you need and is super family friendly ! Great breakfast ! And we could do a late check out for free at 13:00 ! We will definitely go back !

Really great spot for families. Great services and food! Very modern and comfortable. I highly recommend this for a weekend or a week. Just note, the number of ski slopes are limited. If you are an experienced skier you might find it limiting. Try the sledging run and the other activities from the hotel

Great and clean room, nice spa, but super disappointed by both restaurants. Upon arrival, reception recommended me to book a table. I was a bit surprised as I was solo and it was far from high season, but ok. They told me that the restaurant I wanted to book was full at 7:00pm, so I choosed 7:30. Was then quite surprised to arrive at 7:30 and find an almost empty restaurant (3 tables only with 2-3 guests each were occupied). The day after, as I was not sure when I'll be ready for dinner, I decided not to book. I showed up at 8:00 pm in the other restaurant. Was quite optimistic as it seemed there were as few people as the day before in the other restaurant. But then, the guy in charge told me they were fully booked and I had to come back half an hour later. After looking at the tables, I looked at him repeating "you are fully booked" and he said yes. So I left and end up eating small things I had in my room. I am not sure if it was pure sexism, as I am a woman and alone, but definitely not the expected level from Kempiski. Will never return again.

We arrived at the hotel on 22.02.2023, on my birthday with my wife. Upon arrival, the entire staff greeted us with a big smile and wished us a happy birthday. In the evening we had booked dinner at the Titschli restaurant, where we ate an excellent meal, which will remain unforgettable. We would like to congratulate the chef and his team for the excellent work they do as well as the service which was very kind.

There are probably not so many hotels, where you cannot actually go by car in the winter and you need to use cable car to reach the resort, your bags included. But, worth mentioning, that everything was super-smooth. All the logistics, no queues, the whole process was very vast and interesting. The place where hotel is, simply beautiful. Great for hiking, skiing, walking, whatever you want. Hotel is very good, even connected with the underground tunnel, with the lodge, where is kids club, another wellness center, more restaurants etc. I liked it even despite the fact, that when full occupancy, the wellness area is pretty small and feels crowded. Also would be good if there is an outdoor pool. Looking at the mountain being outside would be much better, then be behind the glass. Rooms very nice, spacious. I enjoyed the stay. Price tag is quite high, but you get good experience for that.
