Last minute stop and booking. When checking in, was given key to room of the previous people who were in line before me. Got key to proper room and wasn't too pleased with the overall look. Desk was in front of bed and the chair that goes to it wasn't under it due to lack of space. Pulled back bed and noticed some dark spot stains, like maybe ink or something that's set in and hard to remove. Was willing to let that slide but then upon further looking saw long black hair in the bed. Definitely not mine.... for the price, I got what I paid for. And since in the lobby there are signage everywhere about no refunds, I just took the loss and ended up just leaving after a couple of hours after using bathroom and eating my takeout food.
Also, with all the signage about absolutely no pets and if you have a service animal, a copy of paperwork needs to be made, and if caught with pets, you will be told to leave without refund, the irony to this story is the room I was given the wrong key to, those people were sneaking in 2 dogs... just funny how things happen sometimes
