Good location across from the beach, good pool and deck chairs. Breakfast was just ok, not ma y options for vegetarians or vegans, hitel.was generally quite dated, rooms need an overhaul and reno. Friendly staff, good nightly entertainment

Perfectly located hotel, very pleasant beach in front, drink service directly on the beach, many restaurants and supermarkets a few minutes walk away

The hotel has a lovely swimming pool and a beautiful beach across the road. Staff are nice and helpful. Breakfast is fine. Aircon works well. The bed is on the tight side as is the shower.

Great customer service from the outset. Really friendly helpful staff. Beds very comfortable- slept really well. Great value for money. Good location. Everything you could possibly want and need. Stayed there for the Soul Weekender and was the perfect base

Friendly Hotel. Great staff…kept the customer service flowing. The hotel was full to the brim but still plenty of space for everyone. We had a 5 night stay in room 314 which had views of the pool, mountains and the marina. A good all round view.

Agree with a lot of reviews after staying here for several days. CONS - large bus parties of very rude/aggressive people arrived here twice while I stayed. Very noisy - other customers, cleaners first thing in the morning and nighttime entertainment is incredibly loud until 2am. Lucky to get 4 hours sleep each night. Shower was dreadful it was difficult to get a wash and the shower curtain left the whole bathroom floor sopping wet as it didn’t stop the water. DO NOT go half board, food is not good and if you have a special diet forget it as it is not understood. PROS Cleaners are very good (unfortunately noisy). The bar staff are amazing, they work incredibly hard. Location is good, not far to walk to shop and restaurants. This wouldn’t be my first choice and I would suggest trying somewhere else.

Just got back from a fantastic soul long weekend, of music dancing and fun. The hotel needs a refurbishment but is kept very clean by the hard working friendly cleaners. Bar staff worked hard and Gerry the owner was always on hand for a chat or any advice we wanted. Reception staff always made time for you and had many a chit chat with them. We had an updated room to what we expected overlooking the pool, mountains and side sea view. The negatives being, very slow running shower and water on the floor after it but we always had hot water. The breakfast food wasn’t great so we ate out but that’s not as important to me as a clean room. Good value for money and we’ve already booked for next year.
