The hotel does not correspond to the 5* category. Unclean, dirt in the bathroom, mess in the restaurant. Nice beach, okay food. The hotel has few staff. The first cleaning of our room was done after three days of notification. Overall dissatisfaction.

Excellent hotel let down by poor rooms and technical issues. This hotel litteraly huggs the cliffs.. It is remote. This is not the hotel for you if you want anything off site easily and also no good if u want a nice post dinner stroll as there is nowhere to go. Visually this hotel looks good. There is a decent restaurant, average pool and plenty of loungers, the staff are attentive, polite and the range of food and drinks is all OK. What let's this hotel down massively is several key points.. 1. The rooms are tired, shabby and sub standard. Lack of any decent lighting in the room and bathroom was a massive bug bear. The TV does not work. The air con is lacking in the room completely barely giving out a whisper of cooling air. 2. The bathrooms stink. The drains in them make you gag. They are also tired and worn out. Mirrors crazed, shower screens broken and a tap wedged in the wall with a basic plastic shower head into an old scratched and dented bath. 100 NOT 3 star quality. 3. We had a junior sute it bared no reflection of online images. It had 3 seats and a table.. But was unusable after the hours of darkness as it had NO lighting whatsoever! 4. We had 3 separate occasions when trying to access the room. On each occasion a member of maintenence had to visit and replace the key mechanism and batteries.. On the final occasion we were left waiting in reception for a hour at midnight for someone to travel from their home to yet again get us back into the room.. The receptionist in the evening was both rude and uninterested in our plight and laughed that I was upset that again we were locked out. 5. This hotel is based over multiple layers down the hill.. As such there are a huge numbers of stairs in the property.. Getting from the restaurant to the bar for example is a 5 minute walk down 50 plus steps.. There is a fenicilular lift that should in theory help with this.. But on at least 4 occasions in our visit this was out of order.. This led to multiple people being unable to access levels of the hotel and were forced to drag suitcases up flights of stairs.. Sadly this hotel looks good but needs serous investment.. It is one I shall never return to.

We’ve enjoyed one of the most relaxing weeks of our lives at this lovely resort. The hotel has an amazing setting with the rooms overlooking a bay surrounded by wooded slopes. The warm sea laps against the sandy shore and is only a minutes walk from your room so you can start the day with a peaceful swim. With a snorkel you can see some amazing fish among the rocks to the left of the bay including the dazzling Ornate Wrasse. My wife and I enjoyed yoga and Pilates with Selena after breakfast which helped to set a relaxing tone to the day. The restaurant has amazing views across the bay and you can enjoy a spectacular sunset in the evening as the sun dips below the sea on the horizon. There is a wonderful choice of freshly cooked food with something to appeal to every taste. Particularly enjoyed making Greek coffee with breakfast. The bar area is very relaxed with plenty of seating and we had fun working our way through the list of cocktails that come with the all inclusive package. You can also get drinks from the smaller beach bar to sip as you lie on one of the plentiful loungers overlooking the water. The hotel is only 20 mins away from the airport and Corfu old town is an easily accessible day trip. Also worth taking the shuttle bus up to Pelekas village and enjoying the commanding views from Kaisers Seat. All of the staff are very friendly with welcoming smiles and do everything they can to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Overall this is one of the best beach holidays we have ever had. Thank you to everyone at the hotel for making it so special!

avoid this part of the hotel. In the area of the beach where there are the white beach chairs and umbrellas, the area on the arms is contaminated with dirty toilet water, smells very strong dirt, even mice and lizards are running in this area, unacceptable for a resort like this! Rubbish thrown everywhere in the sand. They don't clean it at all with the result that the children play in the sand with the rubbish dirty toilet water is poured into the hotel's broken pipe, unacceptable! Be careful if you have children

Everything was excellent. The beach is the best in the whole island. The food amazing ! The service so professional! I felt so relaxed and carefree! What really made a difference was the pet corner where you can feed the cats! Kids loved it plus no food waste! I will revisit for sure!

It was our 3rd time in here and also the worst. The room was completely outdated and dirty. The bathroom was stinky and the daily cleaning was poor. We had shampoo only the first night and had to ask it with no response. The sheets were with stains and the balcony was disgusting full of dead flies. For €322/night, it was so disappointing.

Had an excellent visit to Pelekas Monastery. Great from beginning to end. We arrived at 1:30am but had an exceptional welcome by the “2 Costa’s” - sandwiches on arrival and explaining everything about the resort and rooms - how the air conditioning works and how the safe works for example! and that set the tone for our stay - friendly welcoming staff, top notch beach and pool, excellent food. Big shout out also to “DS Photography” for capturing amazing photos of us pre-dinner at Petra restaurant, this really hit the spot and was a great touch of class. All in all a fantastic holiday and we will be back!

A very nice place with a special view by the sea, tasty food and amazing beach. The staff is very implicate, allways ready to find solutions. The hotel has all the facilities you are looking for including busses that take you to corfu town or Pelekas village.

I recently traveled here with my partner and we can both confirm it was 100% worth the money. All staff members are absolutely brilliant and friendly, food was amazing, entertainment on a night was brilliant, there was always something for everyone of all ages to enjoy. couldn’t fault anything. Special mention to the animation team, Christos, Panagotis, Maria and Antonis who became our second family and gave us a warming welcome. They were always there whenever we needed something, always checked up on us and made our holiday feel like a second home. We will 100% be back!
