Very rude restaurant manager. Rooms very dated and only cleaned every other day. The cocktails in the bar are undrinkable.

We were looking for a holiday that made us slow down, so somewhere away from the mainstream is what we were looking for and this is what we found with this hotel. Booking a standard bungalow was a very good choice lots of space very clean and a covered patio with superb views. There were a few faults but these were rectified within 10 minutes of reporting them to the reception. All bar one of the staff were faultless, though indications that the hotel did not have enough staff were very apparent. The restaurant was a disappointment, very little choice and the quality was poor, vegetarians or gluten fee requirements were poor with very little live cooking at any time. Breakfast choices were extremely limited tinned mushrooms, backed beans, fried eggs and a block of scrambled egg that very few people even tried, some processed bacon, yogurts were a good selection, but fruit was a slice of orange kiwi or melon if you were quick enough. You would not go hungry here but if you were looking for traditional Greek then you would be in the wrong place. We also found it difficult to book any excursions via the reception as stated in the welcome booklet so we explored using the public transport Would we go back to this hotel the answer would have to be no!

The hotel has potential it is in a quiet location with great views. We stayed in the bungalow with sea view room 1229. Maintenance very poor by the builders. A gap in the tile in the shower and old electric wire exposed. TV had a crack and not working reported on same day was not fixed. Wardrobe space is a shelfing unit with 2 drawers and old safe. Outside balcony requires a few holes to be filled in. The pillows are hard. The cleaner kept our room nice and clean. The snack bar near the swimming pool area the food is ok I preferred the food in the main restaurant more choices and it did mean taking the lift to the second floor. The hotel is upside down reception is at the top on first floor and rooms go down 8th floor and outside bungalows. I enjoyed the food mainly Mediterranean salads, chips, Italian cuisine and grilled meat and fish. I believe the hotelmis under new management and improving. It would be a great hotel if the staff are paid and hotel is maintained. On the Tuesday staff went on strike because they had not been paid for 3 months. There was no breakfast or cleaning on the day. The bars was kept open for drinks and hot drinks. The Spa is run by a different company and they rent the space at the hotel and same with the shop. I would say bring your own beach towels because on busy days they don't have any towels available. We tried the pizza restaurant and it was the same staff. My husband said it was the best Pizza it must have been good. There are restaurants, bakery and a supermarket outside the hotel. This was the hotel given to us by love holidays last minute because the hotel we originally booked the company went into liquidation. Hotel entertainment from 9.30pm is ok. Could be better? The boat trip by Antonio can be booked at reception. He takes you to a cove and does the best BBQ and to Kassiopi and swimming in a small cave area. We took the bus to Corfu Town which was an experience. You need to let the conductor know when purchasing tickets which stop you want to get off! Otherwise they will take you to the last stop. I hope the new management takes care of their staff and the hotel because the hotel's location is brilliant.

We came here with 3 children ages 14, 9 and 6 for 10 nights and all I can say is wow! The kids loved every second of it and didn’t want to come home! We arrived at 1am and there was plates of food waiting in the room which we were grateful for as the children where starving. In the first day we requested a room change as all 5 of us where sharing one room and we where upgraded to a newly refurbished bungalow with no extra charge which was perfect with a seperate room for myself and my partner and a room for the children plus a furnished balcony over looking a beautiful view of the sea. All the staff are lovely especially the man on the pool bar (I can’t remember his name) and the managers wife who was lovely. The entertainment staff were amazing with the children and always got them involved with the discos, karaoke ( I definitely took over that ) and bingo in the evening plus waterpolo and darts in the day at the entertainment.. illyas from the entertainment always got us up dancing and the girls always had the kids running around including playing tag with them. The hotel was always clean and tidy and cleaners came each day to replenished towels and change bedding etc. I can honestly say this has to have been my favourite holiday and I go abroad twice a year! We will definitely be returning! There is also a father and daughter that come to the dock every morning and take you over to Kassiopi for 25 euros each which was a lovely trip and they stop at a beach on the way back for drinks and swimming. There is also a bus directly outside the hotel that takes u into Corfu old town for 2.40 each. All in all it was a fabulous holiday so thankyou to all the staff for making it perfect!

I was there with my husband and my baby boy, the room was very dirty, the toilet blocked, the fridge was very dirty and it smelled terrible. I asked them many times to bring someone to clean fridge because i want to put baby foods and no one came. The food was extremely disgusting. I asked them to just make my baby food hot and they told we cant. The elevator to go to the beach never works, you had to do stairs with the baby and the trolley in hands. I called them and they told me that the elevator is not on and we cant turn it now because the man who is turning it on and off is not at the office. In thos resort if you want to go in the beach around 10 a clock in the morning you cant find towels. This resort can not be called resort. Is everything horrible and the staff is very disrespectful. Very disappointed.

We returned yesterday 29th September after spending 1 week at this hotel. Seafront location and the views are lovely. The hotel was closing down for the end of the season so things were extremely quiet but that was so relaxing. So glad we upgraded to a 2 bedroom poolside room. Straight out of the door into the pool. It was bliss. I got on extremely well with several members of reception to the point both my partner and myself were invited to join them on a boat trip on Saturday. This was the highlight of my week. The hotel is on a hillside location which isn’t for the faint hearted. Yes the hotel could do with TLC but u get what u pay for. The meals were the same day in day out and food wasn’t hot. Overall it was fine and a nice breakaway considering what we paid for it. Lindsey and Paul🙂

I do not know where to begin with this. This was by far the most horrific experience ever. It was a surprise holiday trip for my parents for their 30th wedding anniversary and it was a huge disappointment. The hotel was advertised as a 4 star resort... when you first enter the building, it does not resemble a 4 star facility. The furniture is outdated, the hotel gives very eerie and creapy vibe, not to mention it is dirty!! The toilets right next to the dining area stink miles away. There is a carpet in there soaked in urine and god knows what else. Not very pleasant when you are about to go and eat. Well, at least try and eat. The food selection was extremely poor. Barely any food for over 300 guests and if you didn't come right when the dinner started, you were left with almost nothing. The food was not being topped up and the same food was served for lunch and dinner. There was for sure less than 10 dishes and they were repeated every single day. On our return from holiday, we all came down with food poisoning. I am 11 weeks pregnant and had to visit my gp as I was worried for the health of my unborn child. The ice cream selection were 3 plastic tabs of what I can only describe as the cheapest ice cream you can find in asda or Lidl. The breakfast fruit and veg selection was non existent. If we were lucky we found some expired watermelon. The food was all sour or bitter and has definitely been out and about for a few days. The " snack bar" had some dried up sandwiches left on the plates for the flies to enjoy them. The meat was being privatised by the chef and you literally had to ask if you wanted some and even that was some cheap pork that was basically just pork fat, not even meat. You could never get fresh chicken, they served 1 tray for over 300 guests. The toilets were broken, the bath was disgusting and dirty, the vents were so dusty that I do not know if they cleaned them since the hotel opened in the 80's. The pools were never cleaned. You had to wait minimum of 10 mins for he lift to arrive. Entertainment was also non existing. No beach volleyball, no water polo or tennis. When we asked for any help the staff was always rude and never made any effort to help us.

We read the reviews and thought it would be fine! NO WAY! avoid this hotel- staff at reception was very rude on arrival. shower curtain was mouldy, shower filled with water had to wait 30 minutes before the next person could jump in! if you like to walk 200 steps to your hotel room then book here. THE SHAMBLES FOR BREAKFAST AND DINNER AND TEA! do not get me started on the food here. this made me feel sick after eating, we ventured out 4 nights! the food was so cheaply made! after 2pm for snack they say it’s ‘finished’ so they do not cook anymore on the grill and only have chips and salad in snack area. i would honestly recommend getting the green bus to corfu or kassiopi! €9.40 it cost returns! the only amazing thing about this hotel is the beach and view. THE DRINKS TASTE LIKE NAIL VARNISH REMOVER! he had the cheek to say if we wanted real coke it was €4! Honestly this place does not deserve 4 stars- maybe 4 stars for the view but 1 star for the food! . we ventured to see what dinner was like (regret). They did not even help with where snack bar or restaurant was. we got the keys and was showed to our room. ( that was it ) For the price we paid for this we could’ve gone elsewhere for much better, really do look at the reviews. This place is shocking games room was laughable. mama mia restaurant looked diabolical. THE POOLS WAS DIRTY ALL SAND AND WHATEVER FLOATING ABOUT.
