Hotel is a really lovely peaceful hotel, myself and husband enjoyed our stay. This hotel is perfect if you want a holiday just to relax and not do much, although there is trips supplied by a company that the hotel uses ( we found this cheaper than going through our holiday company). The lady at the desk during the day was very helpful. If you have a light flight it's worth paying extra to stay longer as usually they may want you to check out early but that meant waiting around. Also be careful if your wobbly on your feet like myself as there's alot of steps and a steep hill at hotel. Didn't use the beech at hotel as lots of sea urchins but the sea at the local town was great and can get a free shuttle into the town in morning, afternoon and evening.

Was not impressed by this hotel at all. Full of trip hazards and stairs. The hotel was on a very busy road with no pavements. Had to walk along it to even get to the bus stop and beach. The hotel was out on a limb, so if you like a supermarket or shops, restaurants near you, forget this place. The nearest village is Benitses which is a 10 minute bus ride away. The hotel runs a 7 seater shuttle bus there at 13.00 and comes back at 20.00!! Corfu Town is 35 minutes on the bus. The hotel beach is about 150 yards, along the busy road and down a stoney path. We only went there the once as it was just pebbles, rocks and wooden planking. The room is mainly taken up by the bed which has sharp right angled corners on it. We had many a bruise from it. The TV has one English channel on it. BBC World news. To watch the TV you have to lie on the bed straining your neck, as you cant lean back against the headboard due to it having a ledge on it. Bathroom was very compact. Food was at most tepid but generally cold. We had to microwave it to try and warm up things like egg and bacon. Only 2 types of cake every evening. Pool was reasonable, but sun loungers mainly were in the shade. Loads of mosquitos about. Reception staff were friendly. Had to pay for bottled water and even ice cream and we went all inclusive. Will not be going back.

Very concerned by the 5* ratings people have left. We would rate this hotel as 2.5* hotel. Good points - The staff at the hotel were very helpful - the pillows on the bed were nice and soft, the beach once reached down a steep slope was pleasant enough on a nice day. Bad points - Entertainment only twice a week which consisted of two men and one lady singing. Local traditional dancers Two men and one lady. The location of the hotel was off a very busy main road without paths this made it difficult to walk anywhere without putting your life at risk. All-inclusive drinks were limited to local beer, red and white wine, Ouzo, Gin, Vodka and a Brandy, you had to pay extra for mixers unless you had sweet powdery lemon, lime type mixers provided. All-inclusive snacks were provided at 17:00 each day these consisted of sweet filled greasy puff pastry or very occasionally sausage meat and that's all. They all disappeared within half an hour so if like us by the time we had checked in to the hotel there was nothing left to eat. Our Bathroom had a nasty smell coming from it resulting in having to keep the window open for the whole stay, after talking to other people this seems to be a common fault. Finally, you cannot get bottled water unless you pay extra. If you have already booked Good Luck

The hotel overall was good. Very clean and Maria the housekeeper was so lovely. But. The hotel was set back from a busy road. Chilling out by the pool was not good. The road was the main route and was very busy and noisy throughout the day and evening. Felt I was living by the M25. The food was definitely not 4 stars. And the drinks was so bad, plus you had to buy tonic for your gin. Furthermore water. Definitely not all inclusive. When it came to snacks, it was the left overs from the food and was disgusting. Something that concern me, there was a major accident while I was there. And had to use all my experience to save a person life from a head injury. I asked the the owner to get the first aid bag. He told me we don't have one wow. Lucky the ambulance crew eventually arrived. And I was told he's safe and healthy. There are many concerns about this hotel. And I have personally sent a e email to tui and the Greek government to audit the hotel. Be very careful.

The location was beautiful, hotel site clean and well maintained. The beach decked areas was beautiful. The staff were friendly and helpful. However it was astonishing that the All inclusive did not include tonic water. I do not know anyone who drinks straight gin. We could get a gin on the All inclusive but not tonic. This is ridiculous. I have stayed all inclusive on Greek Islands over 20 years and have never been anywhere where a tonic water was not in the All inclusive. They were making guests pay 3 Euros for a small bottle of tonic. People were going to the local mini market to buy big bottles of tonic water, only to be told by bar staff, the bottles must not be visible. This is absolutely ridiculous.

We stayed here for a week as part of a good value all inclusive TUI package during a hot spell at the end of August. We had read the reviews and felt it was the right place for us as seasoned travellers. The hotel is well kept and spacious. Our room, 311, had a good sized private balcony with a good view of the sea, and the 7am sunrise. The room is well laid out, not luxurious, but with air con, fridge, TV and comfy bed it suited us. The bathroom was compact but functional and like the room always kept very clean with daily visits from the great cleaning team. The staff were always friendly and clearly take a pride in their jobs and the hotel, keen to do their best. The all inclusive package is typical of similar hotels - it essentially means a choice of tasty food for three meals a day, and limitless drinks as long as you don't want branded names or cocktails (which you can pay for or make DIY versions yourself with a bit of creativity!). 5 minutes walk away is a private space at the waters edge with loungers and umbrellas away from the sometimes busy poolside and nearby road noise. If you don't have a car, then the hotel is at the last stop for the public city blue bus from Corfu town, and also close to a stop for the independent Green buses which cover the rest of the island - ask at reception for a timetable and advice as to which stop to wait at. For us, at the price, it all worked for us and it felt like we were always welcome. As long as you manage your expectations it's a great base to explore Corfu, or simply relax and be looked after.

The hotel was the worst choice as far as we traveled (price-quality ratio) Although it was "all inclusive", the hotel felt like saving everywhere. Small bathrooms, many stairs and climbs, the mission to go to the beach to the sea is possible, but risky because there are no sidewalks, and the traffic of cars is like a highway, I don't even want to remember. The selection of food is quite narrow and repetitive. The drinks offered were of poor quality and a narrow selection, and everything else was paid for, even carbonated water. I would rate the hotel only 3 stars

Absolutely unbelievably awful, everything about it was terrible. Reception staff were rude and very unhelpful and just want to con you out of your money. The food wasn’t fit to be fed to animals yet alone humans, plain, cold, bland and tough tasteless meat!

Just back from Lido We spent 10 nights at this hotel from the 26 July to the 5 August. Before i start this was our 4th trip to Corfu. I will start with the good points and leave the worst till last . First off the staff are very friendly and polite ,Special mention to the lady who cleaned our room ,every day we come back in anticipation of her towel creations .Two swans a elephant very creative, and also the lady who worked the poolside bar in the evenings. Private beach with toilet and cold orange and lemon on tap lots of sunbeds ,its stoney so take swim shoes.I would suggest swim shoes for a lot of the island . Hotel swimming pool nice lots of sunbeds, again as its fully inclusive fizzy drinks and water and still drinks on tap .Beer and red and white house wine available all day , Local Beer and wines so adequate but not top notch.Food was good ,but have had better lots of choice and plentiful. One of the reasons we chose this hotel was because previous reviews said it wasn't really suitable for children ,just the pool but at night not a lot for them to do unless you took them out. There was more children than we anticipated and also 5 German lads in their mid twenties who on one occasion were completely drunk in the pool .They would of been more suited to Kavos. Now i'm afraid the Bad points Bedroom. Firstly we had a nice balcony great bed ,but that's where it ends ,the bathroom ! We were in room 204 which has to be the worst bathroom we ever stayed in, the sink was fine with a nice large mirror but as for the shower and toilet AWFUL. The toilet had a gap of about an inch either side and toilet roll holder was to close to the toilet when you sat on the toilet it pushed your knees in.The shower again very small and had an old attachment in line with your head still screwed to the tiles at head height so if you weren't careful you could hit your face on it.The bathroom had a vent as well on the floor where the water soap suds came up making the floor like an ice rink ,and yes i slipped up luckily didn't hurt myself to badly. This hotel has an awful lot of trip hazards.I've never written a bad review before ,every place has a few things that aren't great you live with them. But that Bathroom needs looking at . Travel companies need to give that Hotel a serious look ,its not 4 star hotel. Didn't enjoy having to write this but had to.Please dont let this review put you off Corfu its a lovely place.
