Simple but correct breakfast. I find it a pity that people reserve the deckchairs for the night and do not come during the day. We were never able to use them on our 3 days there. There should be a few more or at least a few poofs.

What i can say our holiday was ruined by this hotel. This should be advertised as a hostel for teenagers not a 4* hotel allowing the students to party and carry on until the early hours of the morning and the response i got to my complaint was "now look its their holiday too" is discusting. We were moved rooms which didnt help as we were put in a room right above the party. The rooms were basic no plug for the bath and the pool was empty when we arrived and when filled was told no we cant use it until the 1st of may even though it was 24 degrees outside. The only members of staff we found to be pleasant and welcoming were the cleaning staff, restaurant staff if you can call it a restaurant and one lady on reception with red hair i cant remember her name. We booked flights to return home 2 days early and a complaint has been made

Where to start. Day one we wake up and see the swimming pool is empty. This will be filled 4 days later but told we are a week early to use it as the season does not start until may 1st. There is a plunge pool cordoned off full of litter and dirty water. Our room while clean has a TV playing 5 local channels not the satellite TV advertised. The fridge might aswell be a heater. There is a kettle but no cups or complimentary tea or coffee. On to the main issue. Over a hundred kids on a school trip totally out of control and up until all hours acting like little ********s with boom boxes blasting day and night and total disregard for anyone and everyone. We never managed a good night's sleep, in part due to the noise but the double" bed that was actually two single beds pushed together was rock hard and played its part. Cleaners and waiting on staff were absolutely fantastic but only one of the 5 receptionists actually seemed to care about being pleasent and we often felt looked down on by the other 4 who were at best unhelpful and quite rude. The area itself while beautiful in its surroundings is very very limited there are a couple of restaurants and that's about it. A bus ran every 20 minutes to corfu Town which was well priced at 1.2 euros but the town itself again while beautiful offered very little to do outside of drink coffee and eat and perhaps enjoy a beer or two but be warned 99% of the eateries provide no prices and seem to pull tourist prices out naturally. 5 euros was common for a small coffee. 5-6 euros for a 330ml beer and forget spirits. The cheapest single vodka I saw all the time I was there was 8 euros. Back to the hotel. We stayed bed and breakfast and while the continental breakfast was adequate along with the usual bacon and eggs it was literally the same thing every day. The cooked goods apart from the eggs very low grade and after 3 days we were sick of it. Photo included was about the only good thing about the area what you is the entire surrounding areas of the hotel barring 2 roads leading north through villages. Roads across the water had no paving and we deemed far too dangerous to walk.

Not really sure where I should start with this review in all honesty. Before anything else, I want to state that the staff who work there are great. Truly lovely people who will do everything they can to help you. I have coeliac disease, and the chef (Nicc - unsure of his name) was a star and really helped me out by preparing meals separately for me. Also, the barman (Dimitrii - again unsure) was a true gent and a shoulder to cry on at times! There were a number of issues, sadly the food selection on offer for guests was essentially the same every day. Same breakfast, same evening meals - the variation was minimal. The soft drinks were poor, the juices were not of the standard you would expect in a 4-star hotel. The rooms were very basic, clean but nothing special. There was a kettle in the room but no tea bags or coffee sachets. Another big issue for me were the fact that our double bed was in fact two single beds pushed together and not even a double duvet or sheet! We effectively slept in separate beds next to each other - not exactly intimate. Even the bath did not have a plug! I assumed this was an error, when I queried it I was told this was for economic reasons, so anyone staying here better like having a shower! Entertainment was non-existent. Beyond a few pool tables and to sit around and listen to the background music at the bar, there was nothing. The pool was out of service, the gym and spa you read about on their website was nowhere to be seen. And let's get to the real issue I had with our stay. To quote the Artiti Grand Hotel's own website "Providing an intimate, relaxing and enjoyable vacation experience with highlights its rich heritage, an enviable location and personalized services". Their idea of intimate and relaxing time was to ram every last room with teenagers (12-17) from schools across Greece. We did not get a single night of adequate sleep, the room adjacent to ours was blaring music until the small hours, shouting, banging doors, just the absolute opposite of having a relaxing time. We even moved rooms and it made very little difference. When we sat with the hotel manager to air our complaints, he essentially told us we came at the wrong time of the year. That was it. Perhaps he should include a footnote that his hotel is packed to the brim with screaming teens, smoking and drinking during the spring months. Absolutely pathetic, he offered no immediate apology either. As people who work hard and paid for a relaxing time, I honestly feel robbed by the Ariti Grand. Anyone who's managed to read this far and still thinks that the Artiti Grand is worth a look at, I say keep looking. Nothing about my stay would make me want to return.

Where to start… The only positive thing about staying in the Ariti Grand Hotel is reception team ,bar staf and kitchen staff. I am still not sure how this hotel can keep 4 ****... Double room is just two separate single beds pushed together. There is a bath in the room but there is no plug and we have been informed that we can't use the bath as it is not economical to use. So why on earth to have a bath at all in the room? Food is very basic and repetitive. Every single day is the same, no options. Even more poor for people having allergies (as there is nothing to choose from). Fizzy drinks are flat and alcohol choices are very limited even if you have an all inclusive package. The only entertainment is a pool table, but you need to pay for it also. No indoor pool or gym. Apparently, April month is dedicated to teenagers ( which wasn't announced). The hotel was having unmanaged teenagers and the Hotel manager could not control what was going on inside the premises. We complained that we were not happy with how this situation had been dealt with, so basically we got an answer that we had chosen the wrong time of the year to visit. Such a “splendid” management skills… To sum um everything the only thing that keeps this place sane is the nice staff. Management team needs to change the description of the hotel and go to some courses to improve their people skills. Corfu is wonderful to visit this time of the year, but think twice before you choose where to stay. Good luck.

We visited at the start of April, we are still staying at the hotel at the time of writing, its off peak and the season is barely started. The rooms are very good and very clean but as we are so early in the season there is nothing to do in or around the hotel. The additional fitness suite available at the nearby hotel isn't available as they arent up and running yet, the pool isn't available or filled up until May, the snacks available during the day consist of one tray of sandwiches and some small pastries and for non drinkers the drink options are limited. However where this hotel is lacking the most is in the food it offers. We've never been to an all inclusive where the choice is so limited. It was so poor we ordered a pizza last night after dinner. The area has very little to do but the Airport noises are not as bad as I expected. We still have a couple of days left and hopefully things improve.

It didnt live up to our expectations. This is not a 4star hotel, maybe it was 50years ago, but not by todays standards. Everything is old and smells old. They placed us in a room with 2 small beds, one beside the other, on wheels and easily movable simply by laying on it, not suitable for a couple. The room was smelling unpleasantly, it had spiders, and the balcony was dirty. All in all a subpar experience.

Great experience also for the 3rd time in Corfu, choosing the same Hotel. Highlights: - very kind and helpfull personnel with excellent service skills - involved management (I've rarely seen a Manager to be so open and approachable on any matter, treating fairly the guests' needs and complaints, all in a professional and kind way. I would dare to say, very solution oriented regarding any problem!) - variety of food during the day with multiple choices (including for vegetarians). The food is always fresh, without exception - neat, airy and well equipped rooms (fully functional ACs, comfortable bedding, clean and constantly disinfected bathrooms, clean balconies) and all the spaces inside and around the hotel - one of the most wonderfull views a hotel can have in Corfu as it's well situated (close to the International Airport from where you can see daily departures and landings of the airplanes...an amazing experience you cannot have in many places around the world) - very child-friendly (the reception space, the pools and the terrace) - meets any expectations of large groups, family vacations and couples - the hotel has enough parking plots, so coming with a car is also a good idea - during the summer and usually on Friday nights, the Hotel is holding live concerts with talented singers, creating a truly amazing a**osphere on the terrace for all the guests - need to mention that the Hotel looks differently than in many of the photos uploaded on the site (most of them are outdated and it's been renewed ever since) Based on my previous experience while travelling a lot in the past years, I can say that Ariti Grand Hotel is a place that meets most of the needs from children to grown-ups, offering the necessary conditions for a truly nice vacation and spare time.

Stayed for 1 week recently. Had a lovely and relaxing time with very helpful and friendly staff. The breakfasts were fine, don't pay attention to negative reviews. Nice and convenient to Corfu Town with the 2A bus directly opposite the hotel. The ride is approximately 20 minutes. Bus tickets are cheaper if you buy from the little shop next door. Good restaurants nearby. Looking forward to staying at the hotel again.
