Pyramids Resort by Jaz

The staff was really friendly and helpful during our whole stay, the entire hotel and all the rooms were clean and they even provide foreigners with an on site banking service to help make exchanging local currency easier. The gardens are a vibrant green and full of life even so close to the desert. I’d happily recommend staying here for anyone visiting Cairo.

Staff and guest rooms were wonderful! Everything was clean and tidy. The landscaping is beautifu and well groomed. The pool area and grounds beautiful. The restaurant and bar had a great selection and the food was very good. Very nice experience.

Wow - what an amazing resort!! The entire grounds are kept in such pristine condition. The staff here couldn’t be nicer - they are all so warm, welcoming, attentive and helpful. Today we had our first breakfast. There was a large selection of both local and continental food options - both sweet and savoury!

I stayed at the hotel in May 2024. I was very pleased with my stay here. Well-maintained beautiful territory. A comfortable room. It's all clear. Special thanks to the staff for the service provided, everything is at the highest level. I especially want to thank the reception staff, Mohamed and Alaa, who solved all my questions and helped me a lot. I will return to this hotel more than once with great pleasure.

Excellent friendly staff and the buffet breakfast was amazing a lot of opinions. The room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The pool area and bar are great. The Hotel is located in the quiet area, perfect for me to rest after a busy day excursions. The landscape was beautiful.

Im in love with this place more than 20 years ago and with the new management and renovations happening it’s been amazing as always and staff are super friendly and welcoming and this is not a new thing about jaz staff all over Egypt i really appreciate the hospitality and support they have given us

The food was good and the waiter Mostafa was very nice to us. We ordered some pizza and a wrap. The ambient was cozy and the staff treated us really well. We were pretty comfortable and we enjoyed a great dinner in family. I encourage you to try it yourself ;)

My family of 8 came to Egypt to celebrate our cousins 50th birthday. After a long and hot day of travel, Sayed and Nabil came to our immediate aid with stellar customer service and attentiveness. Needless to say we left very happy and full of good food. Great work to the team here at Pyramid Resorts by Jaz!

Recently stayed at Jaz Pyramids Giza Hotel as part of a tour package to Egypt. The hotel is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well-maintained, and the staff is friendly and helpful. Not much is near this hotel ( we didn't have time to explore the area either ). The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of food options for everyone. The rooms could use some updating ( at least the ones I stayed in) but was very clean.
