A brand new Business and family place with middle East theme. Superb breakfast and amenities. Almost all staff are local people, which is quite rare compared with other hotels, mostly foreigners.
I enjoy the sumptous buffet breakfast with Apam Lenggang with gulai ikan as the speciality.
Almost Perfect hotel except 2 main shortcomings, first there is no access From parking to the hotel lobby, you have to carry your bags over the stairs or your drop all the bags at the lobby first then you go yo Park! Secondly, the sound proofing at the room Front door is quite bad, you can even hear people walking and talking! Otherwise its a Perfect hotel!

The room was clean and had a pleasant fragrance, while the bed was exceptionally comfortable. I had an enjoyable stay, complemented by the delicious breakfast provided. The pool was spacious and well-maintained. I particularly loved the large, open-concept lobby. In the evening, the live band and breezy atmosphere in the lobby added to the experience. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay!

every corner in this resort is soo Instagrammable...
kids really enjoy at the kids room & games room..
the fitness room & pool is superb...
worth every penny👍🏻
the bellman who wearing glasses with wavy hair is doing extra mile by willing to take our picture without we asking for👍🏻
the waitress wearing hijab (which i didnt notice her name) is very polite in asking us wether we still need anything to eat bcz the bfast will b closed soon...
last but not least Mr Nasir (Eng Manager) also give the best service👍🏻

Room is nice and clean,nice water park view.
Breakfast is superb and delicious.Plenty of choice and good taste.
Outstanding decoration at almost every corner of the hotel,pool is nice and spacious.
The bad thing about the hotel is the service.service is extremely slow,not at par with other 5 stars,hence deserved slight less rating.
From check in,reception counter,even operator is super slow and need improvement.
