Family trip with children aged 2 1/2 and 5 1/2. The setting is pretty, the pool is nice but we did not feel good in this establishment. We are travelling in Asia for the long term and we stopped for 8 nights here which is a lot for the region. The French couple of managers have not been settled for a long time and know little about the area and are not likely to provide information on the basics of the region or the city and above all they are not warm or commercial! We felt a great need to make money at all costs. The breakfasts are good but not very copious with very little bread or jam and expensive. Small crepe. For our children we asked for milk instead of coffee, there was 3cm in the children's glasses and we felt that we were disturbing them by asking for more. It is forbidden to bring food or drink into the establishment!!! However, the bungalows are individual with a fridge but the managers absolutely want us to consume on site. We have never seen this in Asia and it is very annoying especially when you stay for a long time and we had children who need a snack... lack of flexibility and listening (but allows people who come for the day to enjoy the pool to eat and groups of young acquaintances who come in large numbers to just enjoy the pool). We had a problem with 1 scooter twice. The first time it stopped after 10 minutes and made us lose 1h30 in our day and the 2nd time all the electricity broke down depriving us of a headlight and preventing us from stopping (since no more battery to restart...) we were very scared on this 2nd trip. The first time the manager who was absent and let the employees manage suggested that we had fallen and scratched the scooter!! And the 2nd time he told us that we shouldn't drive at night... and then reproached us for opening a beer when we had just arrived relieved to have finished the road in such conditions and that we hadn't been able to go eat with the children since we wouldn't have been able to start again... his restaurant being closed, and our scooter broken down, he offered another scooter but of course without fuel (while ours broke down we had filled up)... and left us to fend for ourselves, ashamed. Fortunately the employees managed at least that... then we rented our scooters at the guesthouse next door and cheaper! As a commercial gesture, he won't offer anything spontaneously! He will give us 2 dollars out of 14... ridiculous. As for the rooms, they are basic, clean if you don't look under the beds. The pillows are very bad. We both left with neck pain. And the organization is quite average, the cleaning ladies come when we are there... (and even when our daughter is sleeping). Very bad experience for
