Hi, Trip.com~
I am a good customer of Trip.com.. I booked this Hometown Studio Seattle motel on the website and stayed for 5 days.
I will never use this place again or promote it to people around me to not make reservations because of the following.
1. The bathroom light was broken so I couldn't turn it on, so I had to get it repaired later.
2. The overall room condition was dirty and old, and the cover of the radiator fan coil had fallen off a long time ago.
3. There were no cups in the bathroom and there was no basic drinking water in the refrigerator.
4. On the last night of my stay, my cell phone holder was stolen from my parked motorcycle (I reported it to the counter, but they just said there was no CCTV,
and they wrote a few words about the theft on paper and later said they would investigate through the manager, but no action was taken.)

I reserved this room almost 4 weeks before I checked in. Upon my arrival to this property, I was informed that the water would be turned off from Mon-Fri 9AM-5PM. The staff member said she apologized for not calling me to ask if this was acceptable.

Sould have been compensation for no water daily for stay. Can hear every stomp and animal in neighbor units

Cold showers, Heat wasn’t on as told and the stove top was nasty caked in Burnt things. Toilet did leak from bottom once and loiterers all round the building/door
