It was friendly and the breakfast was delicious. It felt old, but it was clean and well-maintained, so I had no inconvenience using it.

Conveniently located to Beacon, with a diner right next door. The diner was helpful as the "breakfasts" provided were high carb-infused. Room was relatively comfortable and spacious, however the bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine in operation and couldn't be separated from the lights. The shower faucet control seemed like it would fall off any moment. The television delivered a mediocre "analog" picture which looked like an old time rabbit-ear antenna image. Finally then room service never made up our room and we had to call for new towels - their "policy" is that they only provide room cleaning if staying 3 days or more. This is noted on a long memo on the counter at check-in, which you don't realize at the time unless someone points it out to you. Certainly not worth the rate charged.

We had come from NYC, and this hotel was nicer than the so-called "luxury" hotel we had stayed in the night before. Everything was in excellent condition, very clean, and the staff member at the desk was friendly and helpful. The breakfast provided a decent range of food. Right next to the highway, but quiet. Thank you!

The property and room were in very good shape. Unfortunately, on multiple occasions when I went to the front desk no one was available. When someone was there they were helpful.
