The room and bath was immaculate
No problems with housekeeping leaving extra towels or linens.

Hotel as always a great place to stay but apparently due to weekend or shortage in staff no maid service in terms of making the bed and freshening towels and other complementary items. I even posted the request for maid service on my door.

I had to leave one night early. There was so much noise on my (4th) floor that I woke at 3 am. Someone was playing dance music for about 2 hours.
I was afraid to confront the partiers so I just put in headphones and waited until they passed out.
They could not refund me as I bought my lodging through *******

Great and clean hotel. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. Only complaint would be the hallway was noisy early in the morning with kids playing in the hallway.

This is my go to place whenever I’m in Kent. The people at the check-in desk are very helpful. Downtown. Kent is a wonderful place for shopping, hiking down by the river and hanging out at the pub with old friends.

Fri. & Sat. night stays were extremely noisy with Halloween party in room above until well after 3:00 a.m. both nights. Banging walls & constant jumping.
Surprised such a nice hotel would allow this as other guests had to have also heard & hotel was aware.
Walls are very thin & can hear room next door TV.
Maybe offer guests ear plugs!
Previous stays were always perfect!

Very clean hotel. Check-in attendant was quite possibly the rudest person I have ever met. But the check-out attendant was very friendly and helpful.
