We called due to making a flub on our travel schedule. They were able to help us get the date switched and accommodate us. I should have called when I realized we only had one washcloth. It wasn't a big deal, and I could have waited for them to bring them up. The person who met us late at night was very friendly and very nice. It was a pleasure checking in. Thank you for making our stay pleasant and easy. Clean rooms, bathrooms and we will stay again if we are through the area again.

Stayed here for work as it is affordable for the area, as well as having a full kitchen and staying for several months. The room was mostly clean upon arrival, staff always friendly and helpful. The elevator did not work for first 1.5 months, housekeeping was horrible. I was informed if I needed cleaning supplies or a vacuum I was welcome to come get theirs when I inquired about cleaning, so I cleaned my own bathroom/room during my stay. Also had to change my own sheets and then began washing my own towels as I was told several times they werent available at the time I asked. The area is great, everything close by that you may need.

We’ve stayed here multiple times when we visit family in the area. The facility is always fresh & clean & the staff is super friendly. They remembered us on this visit (I guess we’ve been a lot) & it was very nice. Always happy to accommodate. Even with the Covid times we live in they try to make the experience normal! Some small issues arise from time to time that are related to the construction of the building and certainly no fault of the staff! Will stay again.

We stayed at this hotel for one night on our way to Colorado from Florida. We made our booking on hotels.com and when we arrived they didn't have the reservation. The front desk clerk seemed very slow and assigned us to a room after about 20 minutes from arrival. We keyed into the room well after 1230 am and someone was asleep in the bed with the TV on! We had to return to the desk and tell the clerk that someone was already assigned to this room. That confused her and we started on our next 15 minute wait as she tried to find an empty room and confirm that it truly was empty! The room we were assigned was old and run down and the mattress on one side actually sloped towards the floor, which made for a not so good nights sleep since there we two of us in the bed. The full hot breakfast in the morning was really coffee and granolo bars directly across from the front desk. We wouldn't recommend this hotel due to the confusion over which rooms were booked with people sleeping in them, staffing issues and the run down condition.
