Clean and nice room but not all rooms have microwave and fridge. Service could be better. No ice machine or beverage machine but they have ice water in the lobby. It was ok for one night.

Front Desk is useless. No ice machine whatsoever on 4th floor. Breakfast was mediocre but not awful for free breakfast. Entire 4th floor reeked of *********, not a big deal to some but having a 10yr old autistic daughter who has overstimulation and is hypersensitive to such things, it's a problem. Parking costs $12 a night. TV screen was damaged upon arrival which I took video to make front desk aware so I wouldn't have any deduction from my $75 security deposit that I have to wait up to 14 days to be refunded back to my bank.

Close to airport but need to take taxi after 9pm since there are no free shuttles at night. Room was pretty big and clean. Rest of hotel was very average.

Most hotels in this city do not have shuttle service (except for some high-end ones) and this one is no exception. The hotel will charge you a deposit of 250 dollars as a parking fee. If you don't drive, it will be returned to you when you check out. Except for the room, the hotel network is broken. American breakfast of pancakes with yogurt and oa**eal. Uber rides at the airport cost $12 during the day and $20 at night. The room fee plus transportation fee is really not recommended to book a hotel without pick-up and drop-off!

Hallway carpets dirty. Ice machines missing on floors. A hose running into the pool ....? Railing is broken and hanging around the pool area. Trash in the bushes. No airport service. Elevators are im need of service or upgraded but they actually work. Tv in the room had issues with controls, the mini fridge didn't cool down. The windows look like they have been enforced or replaced the molding and no longer open. The staff were pleasant at check in.

Been 7 days since checkout and no damage to room or extra charges and the front desk said my deposit was released but I still haven't received it yet. It shows as a debit on my bank statement and no signs of ever getting it back. If I am being charged extra then show me receipts or an itemized list of what I am being charged for. Book laquinta at your own peril

We waited at the counter (9:40pm) for 20 minutes. No one showed up to check us in. I called out and waved at the cameras. I expect a full refund! We have been traveling all day since 5:30am and was very tired. We ended up driving home since, no one showed up to check us in.
