I tried to stay here but no one was at the desk on a Monday afternoon to check in for at least an hour. I had reservations. When I arrived to check in one guest who was checking out said he had been waiting for 1/2 hour for someone to show up so he could get a printed receipt he needed for his company. He finally had to just leave. I then stood there for over 30 min myself. We tried calling the number they put on the desk multiple times. I had heard this was a problem from my brother when he arrived to check in around 2 in the morning after driving from Minneapolis. He had reservations too. But I figured that must have been a fluke because he was so late. While I was waiting, 3 guests came by and told me they can never find anyone to help. After waiting all this time, I checked and discovered I had 3 minutes to spare before my cancellation deadline for a full refund. I did and then booked at the Best Western down the street They were $20 more, but at least I could check in.
