The room was great, didn't see much of the staff, my only complaint, and it is a large complaint, the wifi at this hotel is absolute trash. For 3 straight days, both my phone and laptop would be disconnected constantly every 10 minutes or so, and half the time it wouldn't reconnect unless I performed a restart on the devices, and even then, sometimes it would connect to the network, but without internet. What's more, I couldn't even ask the front desk for help. The provider is outsourced, so I had to call an 800#, and all they could tell me was that there was no issue on thier end, and that was the end of the discussion as far as they were concerned. I know hotel wifi in general is basic no matter where you go, but this was by far the worst experience I've had when it comes to hotel wifi. It's so very annoying when I'm trying to get some work done and I literally can't finish it because the internet just does not work. Please, for future guests, do something about this.

I fly into the Kenai airport serval times a year and have bypassed the Kenai Airport hotel in favor of the chain stays. Never again! The Kenai Airport Hotel is a wonderful place to overnight. The beds are very comfortable. The rooms have always been quiet except for on stay when the lodgers above my room decided to vacuum the rugs at 1:00 PM. After mentioning that to the manager it has not reoccurred. This is the kind of hotel I look for in my travels!

For 3 straight days, both my phone and laptop would be disconnected constantly every 10 minutes or so, and half the time it wouldn't reconnect unless I performed a restart on the devices, and even then, sometimes it would connect to the network, but without internet. What's more, I couldn't even ask the front desk for help. The provider is outsourced, so I had to call an 800#, and all they could tell me was that there was no issue on thier end, and that was the end of the discussion as far as they were concerned. I know hotel wifi in general is basic no matter where you go, but this was by far the worst experience I've had when it comes to hotel wifi. It's so very annoying when I'm trying to get some work done and I literally can't finish it because the internet just does not work. Please, for future guests, do something about this.
