Swimming hall is CLOSED !
The hotel it self was OK and without any issues. But the reason we booked this hitel was for the water activities and when we checked in they informed us that the pool building is closed for renovation. There was NO INFORMATION about this before we arrived and our kids got hugely dissapointed. As compensation we got a one day entrance at a bath in the next town 25 min drive away, better then nothing but absolutly not what we had booked.

A great hotel in the interesting Argovian city of Kempten. The price is excellent for the above standard service, cleanliness, comfort and activities and no price gouging attempts. Fantastic place for families and groups to stay and take advantage of the extra activities included in the price.

The food was very good. Dinner had different menus for each day of the week. Breakfast had a variety of fresh food from sausages and bacon to waffles and yoghurt etc. Apple juice was amazing. In proximity of the hotel was a waterpark one outdoors and one indoors. Two seperate entrances. The only thing we didn't like was that you could only enter once per day in the indoor waterpark . Tip* First go to the outdoor pools because you can go in and out as many times as you like and then go to the indoor waterpark . The indoor and outdoor waterpark itself was great. The hotel also had lots of fun activities including bike rental which we didn't have time to try, inside and outside table tennis , trampoline, pool table, table soccer, a cinema and a nice room to relax. The rooms were excelent no sound coming from other rooms , a tv, a locker to keep valuable items, comfortable beds and a big bathroom . Our room had its own balcony . The parking was very close to the entrance which made it easy to carry luggages and bags. The staff was really kind and gave us all the needed information on our stay.

We had a fantastic stay with our two children (7&9). Room as clean and spacious enough for three nights. Great breakfast and the kids loved everything they offered( billiard, cinema, table tennis, kids club) as well as the chance to visit the Cambo Mare and climbing facilities nearby.

Das Familienhotel ist gut gelegen und bietet einiges für die Unterhaltung der Kids. Die im Preis inkludierte Therme ist einen Ausflug wert. Das Hotel ist ruhig, aber leider nicht sehr sauber. Hier ist deutlich Luft nach oben. Auch von Außen hat das Familienhotel renovierungsbedarf. Das Frühstück und das Abendessen war gut und es war immer reichlich Auswahl vorhanden. Mit dem Auto ist man Dank der sehr guten Verkehrsanbindung schnell in den Bergen.

grundsätzlich ein gutes Hotel, leichte Mängel in der Sauberkeit im Zimmer, Essen sehr lecker und genug Auswahl. Service freundlich und bemüht. man muss mit Schulgruppen rechnen. für Kinder optimal mit Spielzimmer/Kletterzimmer und Kino. Eintritt ins CamboMare Schwimmbad nebenan ist inklusive!
