The room is modern, simple and clear, with comfortable mattresses, first-class hygiene and spacious bathroom. There is a restaurant in the lobby, which provides dinner and a rich breakfast with various hams, breads, drinks, etc. The parking fee is only 8 euros per day, and it is a good choice to drive to Neuschwanstein Castle in 35 minutes.
The hotel also provides free bottled water and even beer when leaving, which is very considerate.

We were visiting friends in Kempten for a couple of days and touring the area. Our friend recommended the Allgau ART hotel. It was excellent. Our room was large, clean and comfortable. Very comfortable bed and even better pillows. It is also very well located. 2 blocks from a shopping mall and several restaurants nearby. The breakfast had alot of choice variety and was perfect The staff was friendly and helpful. It was also very reasonable price which made this a value lodging. We highly recommend this hotel for your selection when in Kempten.

Excellent hotel 800 meters from the centre, spacious rooms and bathrooms. The cleaning of the rooms, even if excellent, must be requested with a special card to be attached to the door handle when leaving the room but the instructions are not given verbally therefore if you do not read the card you find yourself with the room to clean which with rain or snow creates some inconvenience/ disagreement. The breakfast was good without infamy or glory, 20 minutes of waiting to refill the sweet part. A 4 star with some shortcomings.

(Almost) nothing to complain about... having already taken into account that I like to eat the Kässpätzle differently 😉. The entire staff was very friendly, starting with the reception, the restaurant in the evening, room service, breakfast service and massage. There were 5 of us in two very spacious and well-equipped rooms, including a very good 3-bed room. There was also a great offer: a very nice and good sauna, massage facilities, a great relaxation room above the rooftops of Kempten. There was also a nice "parlor" which we didn't use due to time constraints. The location was perfect for us, for walking around the city and hiking in the surrounding area. We would gladly come back!

Traveling with the club as a group of 30 participants - it's not easy to find a good hotel! But the Art Hotel beats everything: the underground car park for our cars, the administration was well prepared for us, check-in was uncomplicated and efficient, a cozy aperitif in the beautiful outdoor area and chic rooms with modern bathrooms of a pleasant size. Everything was perfectly clean, very quiet and the staff were always very friendly. The exemplary courteous and flexible hospitality can hardly be surpassed! The old town is just a few steps away, can be reached on foot in minutes. I would recommend it without reservation, price-performance ratio 1A!
