Bar, restaurant and view amazing. We all loved the ski slopes. Friendly staff and lovely food. Manager came to meet us at the table gave kids free ice cream, locals were friendly. We’ve booked again for next year! The lunch buffet was nice and good value. Drinks expensive but that’s same over all of Finland!

Hotel in Finland that has only english/frech/chinese/portugal speaking staf.. Visit was short and different than normally in Finland. Staff most friendly and hotel small but very nice. View is amazing! Recommed in winter and summer too

Could be the best resort in Lapland BUT the level of service and facilities is six feet below average bad. Slopes are best in Finland but i do not recommend the hotel nor the cafe in the hotel. The food at the cafe was sold out several times. The restaurant is lacking personel. Overall terrbile and bad managed.

We were a bit worried by the reviews for this hotel when we read them after seeing it would be our base for our family trip to Lapland, we needn’t have been. The hotel itself is beautiful, overlooking fantastic floodlit slopes at the ski resort. The bar and restaurant area was lovely and the food was excellent! A bit of something for everyone from kids options, to nice adult options (pork in a creamy mushroom sauce, beef stew, meatballs etc) and the odd local dish like pickled fish which was delicious! Service was excellent and the staff were nothing but friendly. Enjoyed the Sauna and gym. Pool a bit chilly, probably best used as a plunge pool in between saunas rather than an activity for kids. The rooms were modern and really well done. They even had drying cabinets for all your wet clothes at the end of the day. Would come here on a ski holiday it was so good!

Magnificent landscapes, tranquility, silence and friendly staff, even if you have to systematically speak English. Sleigh ride pulled by reindeer, scam only lasts 5 minutes, luckily we can feed them.... and you are about 10 minutes from the farm, about ten reindeer at most to see, tourist trap given the price, shame

We stayed with my mother from December 24 to 28, 2024. What can I say about this hotel, too many negative things and very few positive things Positives: * view of the slopes, * the rooms are rather well decorated * the setting is magical * the snowmobile activity to see the northern lights Negatives: * the swimming pool (advertised at 30 ° but it is only at 15 °) * the food (no variety, no orange juice, no hot chocolate, many dishes served 3 days in a row), we ate almost only potatoes, rice ... and no local food * the staff not really attentive and very complicated to make yourself understood (only English or knowing how to speak Chinese) * if you go to the "spa" there is nothing that is loaned like slippers / flip-flops and a bathrobe * if you are on half-board and you want to eat lunch it is 15 € / person * the hotel is not suitable for children * when we arrived at the hotel we were rushed to eat (we arrived around 9:15 p.m. and it closes at 9:30 p.m.) The activities they offer do not match the description: * the activity with the reindeer, there are 2 proposals: 1 for 1200m and 1 for 300m, in reality it is only 300 m for only 15 min instead of 1 hour * the activity with the huskies, it is only a walk around a lake and we only do laps (either 5 laps or 12 laps) and not a 5km or 10km walk...

We had a chalet with a fireplace and sauna: awesome! The hotel sends a driver to avoid the 20-minute walk if necessary, at 8am, noon and 6pm. Return is also possible. But if the weather permits, the walk is really nice. The buildings are made with great taste and practicality. At the foot of the slopes of a small ski resort, open entirely on weekends. During the week there are only 4 slopes open, only ski lifts. We didn't come here for that but it has the merit of existing. You can borrow sleds, snowshoes and cross-country skis at will. As well as cold weather clothing. The food there is very good! I was worried given some comments, the buffets are certainly not gargantuan but the food is very good and varied enough to find what you want every evening. I still recommend taking half-board so that you can eat other dishes à la carte at lunchtime for a change. Negative point: No orange juice in the morning… really too bad. Plan ahead if you are addicted like us. The coffee is not undrinkable but there is no real percolator so amateurs will be disappointed. Special mention for the staff: Thanks to Latif, the bartender, who single-handedly contributes to the warm atmosphere thanks to his good humor, his cocktails and his playlists! Good luck to you 🙏🏻 Thanks also to Luis who made our excursions incredible and unforgettable experiences 🙏🏻 The team is great. The girls at the reception are very responsive to answer emails in advance and to help prepare the trip as best as possible, thank you!
