The location is good. The renovation is fresh. But it turned out to be in the style of "expectation and reality". We took a deluxe room, but it turned out to be very tiny. You can be seen from the street if you are not dressed, there are windows of another residential building opposite. There are no normal curtains, there is a roller blind, you need to raise and lower it for a very long time and tediously winding the cord. It is wildly infuriating. It is very inconvenient when you need to close the balcony from visibility or go out to hang / pick up wet things. The bathroom is tiny, the shower stall is less than a meter !! and you can only enter it sideways, leaving the bathroom is also a quest, opening the door, you stumble over the corner of the stall. There is no normal mirror in the room, there is a TV framed in pieces of mirror. Who is this for? What can you see there?
Nobody removed the garbage for three days. We did not go in at all.
Disappointed, in general. Not worth the money

Good location, 3 minutes walk to the promenade, parking available. They put a lot of thought into the design, but the corridors are really interesting to walk through. The room is actually smaller than in the photo and the air conditioner needs to be adjusted by hand so that it does not blow on the bed. In general, everything is new. The guys at the reception were fine, very friendly, they tried to speak Russian, they told us to contact us, but we didn’t need to immediately send all the information to WhatsApp. The breakfast is good, not Swedish, but Turkish, but it is more than enough and very tasty, just add normal milk to the coffee. We didn't use the pool, I can't say.

There were flies everywhere in the room. Since the windows were open, spiders also came from outside, hair from the previous guest in the bathroom and on the bed... Terrible for such a high rated hotel.
Host was not very friendly. Started make a big fuss about small stain on towels and wanted 15€ for that. We said a towel doesn’t. Even cost that much. Since then, his behaviour completely changed.
The room has some plumbing issue, it puts out all the sewerage gas back to your room. Smells terrible. He also doesn’t give 2 cards for 2 guests, was very inconvenient for us.
