The hotel is not five stars!!! The rooms are dirty,food is the same,restaurant crowded,tables are sticky and always dirty. Most of the staff are rude and we found bugs in our drinks,just disgusting!!!! Rooms are old,have mold and the floor is slippery and we fell a few times coming out of the pool. They dont tell that the 3 slides are for 18+.
